cooking demo on Sunday and taught a Vegetarian/Vegan Weeknight Express class (Udon Noodle & Veg Stir-Fry, Portobello Burgers, Chickpea Tomato Bread Soup, and Saag Tofu) at Different Drummer's Kitchen Co. in Northampton last night.
