A recent opportunity to meet with ambassadors from Chablis, to taste their beautiful wines, and discuss at length their unique identity.  A 'hope for the best' camera position yielded enough great conversation that I've burned up the YouTube up-pipe loading the sections.  Hear it direct from a couple of guys who know their Chablis...

I've been really fortunate to have access to viticulture and oenology education through Cornell's cooperative extension service.  Their participation in the Northern Grapes Project is helping even more folks gain access through digital presentations.

Giving up on Lemberger, because the name makes it an uphill sell, when it could have been properly referred to as Blaufrankish all along.  Is it that much harder to say Blaufrankish? Is it too overtly Germanic?

When I'm offered a Blau, I usually say "Prost".
