FYI, I'm the tall guy in the red shirt on the right-hand side of the photo. If you know other people in this image, feel free to tag them.
Craig Nansen (Minot, ND) and I were the "founders" of the Photo Safari movement among Apple Distinguished Educators several years ago. In the ensuring years, we have had hundreds to join us on a variety of excursions.
So, I'm hoping that you will jump in, share a little information about yourself, then ferret out some helpful resources, hints, tips, and traps to share with the community members.
This community is open to anyone who is genuinely interested in going along on a trek with fellow photographic enthusiasts to capture the greatness of nature around us, in many ways.
Thanks for joining our community!

My most recent eBook, "Leading Your Own Photo Safari," published in July 2011, is a free download from http://www.nctp.com/photosafari -- and it works great in the iBooks app on your iPad or other iOS device. I am working on my 5th book now, "The Power of the Seed" -- it is about the influence we have upon each other...the seeds we plant in others' lives, as well as the powerful seeds other people have planted in ours. Watch for it. I also love woodworking, ham radio, and Harley motorcycles (actually, any brand of motorcycle that's not a crotch rocket...and I don't do the offroad stuff.) I hope you enjoy using Google + with me.Founder/CEO, 1992 - present
