Have always enjoyed my dinners here. The concept is not for everyone. It is all you can eat steak. The servers/gauchos roam the dining room with various cuts/types of steak and meat on skewers (or platters for some items). They carve directly from the skewer to your plate. They have a large salad bar with a nice variety of salads, some cured meats, a cheese or two, soup. Dinner is $45-50 per person (not including drinks or desert) and includes the salad bar, as much meat as you can eat and a few small side dishes (cheese puffs: amazing, mashed potatoes: never that great). Pros: All the meat you can eat. Good salad bar that is very well stocked and maintained. They do offer swordfish and salmon which is not usually an option at a Brazilian Steakhouse. Cons: Seasoning/temp/quality of meat can vary. Usually 85% of the entree meats are great but there is usually one or two that are under or over seasoned or are overcooked. It's all you can eat, I usually just move on to something else. Have found service from the servers can be spotty from time to time as well (lax on clearing plates, little slow on the second cocktail). This location really comes down to personal taste but even if there is a small issue or two I have never left upset, hungry or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

Went here for their new lunch special and couldn't believe the amount of options they have at their 'salad' bar buffet. This is next level salad bar. All types of sides but still have salads. $16.99 for a steak, fries and all of the salad bar is well worth it. I didn't eat anything for the rest of the night.

Between Chima and Fogo, Chima is my go to spot I like the atmosphere much better and the salad is to die for. Don't get me wrong I've had a few times when the service was not the best.Food service was slow but once I bought to to my servers attention they always try their best to fix any issue I may have. Overall I love the flavor and cuts of meat at Chima's over other places. I notice that the service can get a little back-up or crazy around hoildays or special events like Mothers Day or Restaurant Week and people should take that into consideration. A reservation is useless at ANY restaurant if people don't leave tables in a timely fashion. There is no way in the world I can eat 16 cuts of meats so I ask for what I like and it is always brought over to me hot, fresh and the cooking temperature I like. The servers have always been very friendly and I love that they switch up the salad bar with differencd seasonal stuff. I think every restaurant has a off day every now and again and that's something I always take into consideration when writing a reviews. Hands down this is a great restaurant and really good food and a nice experience.

My wife and I are big fans of rodizio and this is definitely one of the better places. Its got a wide variety of meats and most of them are wonderful. The service is excellent as well. Their biggest weakness is the beer menu, which is poor, but they make up for it in their ultra delicious limeade. Overall while this place is a little pricey, its definitely higher quality than Foga.

This restaurant was incredible. Food was off the hook, service was good (it could have been a touch better, but they were crowded) and that is the only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Atmosphere was good, you can dress casual or dressy. Take your time and don't fill up to much on the salad bar! Price was very affordable considering all you got. We will definitely be going back.

Being that I am a lifelong vegetarian eating out with my meat eating bf, I must say that I felt that my choices were endless. Everything was divine, service was above and beyond. Everyone there made me feel very much at home.
