Chima is almost always busy, so you'll want to have reservations. They offer a good selection of meats and an excellent salad bar. It's nearly impossible to get meat cooked rare or medium-rare: ask for either, and you get medium, pretty consistently. The meat quality is acceptable, but there's more gristle than you'll encounter at a high-end steakhouse. The service is energetic, but relentless: even with your signal card turned to "no," servers and managers will not leave you alone. Someone will interrupt conversation every few minutes to ask how you're doing. It creates a rushed feeling that makes it difficult to relax and enjoy your company. It's about 40 percent more expensive than the quality and quantity of product merits. Very good for group and business outings, but not ideal for a quiet dinner for two.

It's basically a meat buffet, a very classy meat buffet. Everything is amazing though, from cocktails and appetizers at the bar, to the salad bar and table service, and the decadent desserts. I probably wouldn't bother with apps, just because you can get some version of most of them on the salad bar, but they are damn tasty if you are so inclined. Pricey, but worth every penny.

The food here is great, no doubt. But the service is terrible. I'm at happy hour, in the new seating bc the bar is under construction, and we have been sitting for over an hour with no food and just 1 drink a piece. I can see the kitchen from where I'm seated and it's very clear that the 3-4 managers are sharing cell phones, laughing, drinking coffee and NOT helping customers. It is not busy. A elderly gentleman came by the table to ask for service and was rudely dismissed.. not coming here for happy hour ever again.

Have always enjoyed my dinners here. The concept is not for everyone. It is all you can eat steak. The servers/gauchos roam the dining room with various cuts/types of steak and meat on skewers (or platters for some items). They carve directly from the skewer to your plate. They have a large salad bar with a nice variety of salads, some cured meats, a cheese or two, soup. Dinner is $45-50 per person (not including drinks or desert) and includes the salad bar, as much meat as you can eat and a few small side dishes (cheese puffs: amazing, mashed potatoes: never that great). Pros: All the meat you can eat. Good salad bar that is very well stocked and maintained. They do offer swordfish and salmon which is not usually an option at a Brazilian Steakhouse. Cons: Seasoning/temp/quality of meat can vary. Usually 85% of the entree meats are great but there is usually one or two that are under or over seasoned or are overcooked. It's all you can eat, I usually just move on to something else. Have found service from the servers can be spotty from time to time as well (lax on clearing plates, little slow on the second cocktail). This location really comes down to personal taste but even if there is a small issue or two I have never left upset, hungry or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.

The service is outstanding here! Took my girlfriend out for her birthday. They pulled out all the stops for her. Great salad bar selection. On to the negative. Some of the meat was under seasoned and kind of dry. For $109 dollars for 2 people. I expected it to knock my socks off. My socks are still on!

Not your traditional salad bar. Try the kale and sweet potato salad. You will be pleasantly surprised! Amazing brio, brio rice! You are able to taste the many flavors of seasoning used in the rice but be warned. It does include bacon...I can not talk enough about the meat! I have never had more tender or juicy steak! Boneless chicken was so moist and flavorful. Don't even get me started on the barbecue ribs!! If you don't eat pork you are missing a treat because they just melted in your mouth! The salad bar offers several sauces, from sweaty and spicy to hot and tangy, to dip your meat in but honestly the meat is so well seasoned that you really don't need them. Come hungry and try not to overdo it at the salad bar because the meats are well worth it!

If you are meat lover you must try their dinner buffet. Varieties of meat along with salad bar. You will enjoy this. Definitely very costly. Dinner for 2 costs you almost 150 bucks.

This restaurant was incredible. Food was off the hook, service was good (it could have been a touch better, but they were crowded) and that is the only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Atmosphere was good, you can dress casual or dressy. Take your time and don't fill up to much on the salad bar! Price was very affordable considering all you got. We will definitely be going back.
