Is anyone having trouble installing the Genesis repo in Kodi 14.1 (Helix)? I've been trying to install the repo on my machine running Linux Mint 17.1, but the repo just refuses to install. (note it seems to work fine on the Gotham build when I'm running it on Windows )

A great layman's approach to explaining why nothing can travel faster than the speed of light.

Why can’t anything travel faster than light?

We all know the number one traffic rule of the universe – nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. And that happens to be 299,792.458 kilometers per second. But why is it so? Find out here: http://buff.ly/1w1sbLE

Sutherland Falls and Lake Quill,New Zealand A paradise with breathtaking views, endless majestic mountains interspersed with lakes and rivers.Sutherland Falls, is an awe-inspiring vision of nature and known worldwide. It is fed by Lake Quill, whose waters can be attributed to several glaciers. These falls were discovered in 1880 by a prospector and explorer, Donald Sutherland. With a total drop of 580 metres in three leaps, they soon attained fame as the ‘highest fall in New Zealand’. #SutherlandFalls #Sutherland #Newzealand

It'll be interesting to see where this technology will progress to. As it is, this looks like something that I might enjoy having in my car now.

I don’t get excited often, but a new product called Navdy has me properly excited. Navdy is a heads-up display (or HUD) device that can be used in existing cars; previous concepts we’ve seen in this space have needed to be custom built into the car, so a…
Navdy is a new standalone heads-up display (HUD) device that can be used in any car and can be preordered now.

Why do you need to constantly check messages and missed phone calls while you're driving?

To anyone that (even occasionally) downloads music, READ THIS
Canada's new copyright notice-and-notice system has been in place for less than a week, but rights holders are already exploiting a loophole to send demands for payment citing false legal information. Earlier this week, a Canadian ISP forwarded to me a sample notice it received from Rightscorp on behalf of BMG Rights Management. The notice, which is posted below with identifying information removed, must be forwarded to the subscriber or the ISP ...

My weekly technology law column (Toronto Star version, homepage version) notes there is much to like about Canada’s open government ...

Some of the best coffee in Kitchener/Waterloo. Food is excellent and very tasty, and to top things off, they have coconut yogurt for those of us that can't have dairy. The music is usually pretty eclectic, giving the place a very friendly atmosphere
