1. Imala smo radionice na različite teme: staklenički plinovi, biootpad, emisija CO2, štetne posljedice kod transporta hrane, lokalna i sezonska hrana..
Istraživala sam na internetu, čitala kuharice sa slastičarski receptima s lokalnom hranom,..

2. Iskroristiti sve namirnice i sve napravljene slastice. Ostatak hrane iskorisiti kao biootpad (ugovor s firmama koje odkupljuju biootpad), slastice koje ostanu možemo poklonit bolnicama. Koristiti lokalne namirnice (izbjegnut transport hrane).

3. Za mene kao budućeg slastičara najkorisnije mi je bilo to da sam dosta stvari vidjela koje se radi bez dodatnih dodataka (umjetna sladila, arome,..)
U Rimu mi se najviše svidjela priprema sladoleda od jednostavne lokalne namirnice (smokve). dobiven je ukusan i zdrav sladoled bez štetnih dodataka,

4. Mislim da je važno imati slične projekte iz svih školskih predmeta. Puno se nauči iz projekata (npr. zanimljivije je učiti kada sudjelujemo u nekoj aktivnosti, nego kada učimo u razredu, lakše zapamtimo i zabavno je, i najvažnije je da vidimo primjere iz stvarnog života.

U petak 28.09. posjetili smo Eataly. To je shopping centar s kvalitetnom hranom i vinima i drugim namirnicama te prirodnom kozmetikom iz svih djelova Italije.

Posebno se ističu njihovi lokalni proizvodi, kao što su: vina, sirevi, maslinova ulja, tjestenine i začinsko bilje.


On Friday 28.09. We visited Eataly. It is a shopping center with quality food and wine and other food and natural cosmetics from all parts of Italy.

Their local products, such as wines, cheeses, olive oils, pasta and herbs, are particularly prominent.

Today (28.9) we visited eataly. we watched Italian products (wine, husk, cocoa with various flavors and additives (raspberry, dried fruit) ..)

On Wednesday we visited the mo..zzarela restaurant. We watched the preparation process, and we tasted it.

Of all that I have seen so far, I liked this "little factory" of mozzarella. I like the mozzarella flavor, and the machine that makes mozzarella.

on Tuesday (26.9) we were on olive oils degustation. We vauled four olive oils.
By: fruity, bitterness and Pungency and we put points from 1 to 10. Our valuation was corretc. We gave the best grade for the extra virning oil of best quaility.

We also visited the Vatican.

On Monday (25.09) we visited the gelateria Fatamorgana. There we made ice creams from natural imgredients.
I really like visiting Fatamorgan Ice Cream Factory. because I made ice cream for the first time. For this project it is important to use all natural and local foods. Foods that we used for gelato (icecream): rum, sugar, ricotta cheese, cream, mik, figs, vanilla, red vine. I dont like figs but icecream with ricotta had very nice, milky flavour.

On Monday we also visited the town of Cori. In Cori family Carpineti make vine for generations and since 1994. they do it in organic way.
Organic agricuture means that no herbicides or chemical fertilisers are used.

ZAGORSKI ŠTRUKLI

SASTOJCI:

TIJESTO
250 g oštrog brašna
250 g glatkog brašna
1 jaje
0,5 dcl ulja
3 dcl vode
sol

NADJEV:
75 dkg svježeg kravljeg sira
2 jaja
sol

PRELJEV:
1/2 l vrhnja za kuhanje

PRIPREMA:

1.Napravite tijesto od navedenih sastojaka da dobijete žilavo, vodeno vučeno tijesto. Podijelite ga na pola, te kugle tijesta premažite uljem i ostavite da počiva oko 30 minuta. Stolnjak pospite sa malo brašna i na njemu razvucite tijesto.

2.Svježi sir, jaja i sol izmiješajte, te nadjev nanesite na donji dio razvučenog tijesta. Tijesto uvijte u štrudlu, počevši od sira prema kraju tijesta. Zatim tijesta podijelite na komade žaljene veličine režući rubom tankog tanjura.


3.U lonac stavite vodu, sol i žlicu ulja.Kad voda provrije u nju stavite izrezane štrukle.Nakon što voda ponovno provrije kuhajte ih oko 3 minute.

4.Kuhane štrukle izvadite u namašćenu vatrostalnu posudu i zalijte vrhnjem za kuhanje.

5.Pecite ih dok im se kora ne pozlati.





ZAGORSKI ŠTRUKLI

INGREDIENTS:

dough
250 g of sharp flour
250 g of smooth flour
1 egg
0.5 dcl of oil
3 dcl of water
salt

FILLING:
75 dkg of fresh cow cheeses
2 eggs
salt

DRESSING:
1/2 l of cooking cream

PREPARATION:

1. Make a dough of the above ingredients to get a vigorous, water-drawn pastry. Divide it into half and dough balls to the oil and let it start for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle a little flour and spread it on it.

2. Combine cheese, egg and salt, and apply to the bottom of the sliced ​​pasta. Twist the dough in the strudel, starting from the cheese to the end of the dough. Then divide the dough into pieces of applauded size by cutting the edge of a thin plate.


3.In the pot, place water, salt and spoonful of oil. When water gets into it, put the cut strudel. After the water is re-cooked, cook for about 3 minutes.

4. Remove the strawberries from the refreshed refreshment bowl and fry with a boiling pot.

5. Bake them until the bark rinses.

Apple strudel

INGREDIENTS
1 carton basket pack

FILLING:
2 sour cream
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of grate
1.5 glasses of oil
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
1 kg of apple

PREPARATION
First
Measure glasses to use a glass of sour cream.

SECOND
For stuffing, mix it all together with the apple and leave it to stand for half an hour.
Divide into three parts.
It takes 9 bark, three bark for three strudels.
