Ask for a written quote when booking the OFS. I enquired about booking a room to hold a yoga class, was told the price and charged for the class accordingly. One week later when they confirmed my booking the price had increased by 25% - I was told that as my quote was not in writing they would not honour it. Particularly galling was the fact that I would have confirmed (and paid) on the day I made the enquiry but they weren't able to do that.
