My personal favorite. I just have to say that, and I hope that it is yours too! just a 13 year old writing reviews on mexican grills.... Chipotle has fresh ingredients, fresh meat, sauteed veggies, and fresh tortillas. They are the best because you can choose! You have a wide variety of selections right in front of you so that you get exactly what you want in your burrito, burrito bowl, taco, salad, etc. (Not for actual preference, just what I like about them. You can take this for actual preference but your choice.)

Food is good. Wait is unreal. Ordering online is pointless. And catering is a joke. I tried to place a catering order through the 800 number but was told I had to call the store because a vegan burrito that was not an option for the burrito box (all burritos in the burrito box came with cheese). I called the store. The staff were flustered that I wanted to place an order in advanced and took 5 minutes and speaking to 3 different staff to understand what I wanted to do. They suggested I place the order online in the morning. I placed the order online as requested. Went to the store and had to wait 45 minutes for them to make 15 burritos. The staff even expressed their agitation that I placed such a large order during the lunch rush. I placed the order 6 hours in advance. No one apologized. Horrible! Don't give me the option to select a pick up time if that isn't accurate. When I got back to work, I realized they messed up the order. At that point I gave up. I didn't have another 30-45 minutes to go back and wait for them to correct it. I was hoping their new catering option would be great but was highly disappointed. I will not be using them again. Ooba Tooba will continue to my first choice for burritos in Bellevue.

This is a good chain of food, but this particular chipotle has got to be damn near the slowest service in the country. But Brad, couldn't it be because chipotle is so good that the in-store line is long? No, I saw employees taking breaks on lunch hour. Furthermore, a couple of those that were working were working far slower than their counterparts at all other branches I've visited. But Brad, if the in-store line is slow, can't you use the "order online" function? No, I went to this Chipotle again today with the order online function and it took them 10 minutes after my pickup time just to check on if anyone was even in line. Furthermore I saw employees through the window into the back room (where they make food) dancing around and goofing off, instead of serving the 4 customers that were in line. Oh, and when they finally checked? It was ready... All they had to do was take customers names... But Brad, isn't it nice to get a break from a long day at work, and talk to you friends while waiting? No, my friends refuse to go with me on the basis that it takes too long. To be clear - I'd give Chipotle and its food 5 stars. I'd give the speed of this branch 0 stars. We'll call 1 star an average.

Good food hate the service. Went in few times around closing time (20 mins left) they run out of stuff. How can I have a chicken bowl without chicken!!! No rice or beans so wtf is left to eat!!!

Having been spoiled at the Issaquah location for quite some time, moving to downtown Bellevue has left me driving back to Issaquah whenever I want Chipotle. A common trip to this location involves standing in line as one person prepares all the food... while 7 employees stand around by the register chatting. They begin with a half scoop of rice, a pinch of peppers, and a half scoop of chicken... it takes about a minute to checkout because the cashier usually isn't paying attention. When you go to get your drink, there usually isn't ice or the soda is flat. Then you sit down to eat your 1/2 size burrito or bowl, and for some reason it tastes like it's been microwaved. Never, ever, ever, had these issues at Chipotle in Issaquah, if only they could model themselves after that!
