The I'mPOSSIBLE conversation, started in 2011 in London, UK to give a nurturing platform and safe space for women of colour to talk about and celebrate their life journeys by inspiring the next generation. All on the theme of 'How I Became POSSIBLE'.

This June, the event celebrated it's fourth anniversary.

Dubbed a mix between 'Oprah's Legends Luncheon' and TV show, 'Inside the Actor's Studio', the event positively changes the lives of women of colour by showing this group, others like them and their routes to success.

The panel line up was:

- Remi Ajani - i-D Mågazine
- Jessica Horn - Feminist activist
- Connie Jackson - Fashion Fair
- Remi Olajoyegbe - Serial Entrepreneur

Hosted by QVC presenter, Marverine Cole

#TalkingTuesdays is a monthly Twitter debate which has been running since 2010 created and hosted by I’mPOSSIBLE to give time for open, effective dialogue on how our followers truly see the world and it’s events as well as positively interact with one another.  This year, we’ve revamped the format and taken the debate to Google Hangout.  Sticking with the same successful formula, but adding a rotating, well-informed, opinionated panel with your views – the debate is getting bigger, more interactive and global.

Meet this month's panel:

- Siana Bangura is a writer, blogger, and journalist from South East London. She is a spoken word performer, the presenter of socially conscious spoken word series ‘Versified Life’ and the editor of No Fly on the WALL.

- Miss Lala is the creator of the award winning popular culture blog, The Lala Report. She's also a presenter and founder of entertainment debate show, 'Bloggers Dlight'.
