Kathy Donahue: My parents who are in their early 80's are selling their home that they lived in for over 50 years. I called Luna and the salesman came out and we scheduled them to come and lay flooring in the hall and kitchen and carpet in 3 bedrooms and the livingroom. When Luna actually came out to lay the floor, the worker looked at the hallway and said "this is too many cuts and you need a sub floor" I'm not doing this job." He walked out. So, after putting in a sub floor, I was told by Luna that I had to pick new flooring b/c the flooring we picked wouldn't work. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. After paying $1000 to have a sub floor laid and their guy not wanting to make certain cuts, I decided to find someone else. I called Empire and their prices just make me laugh to be quite honest. So, I decided to find a carpet place in the area and see what they had to offer. Well, I am grateful that I did. I called the "REAL CARPET PROS AT ROYAL HOME FLOORING!!!" I spoke to Rachel who was as comforting and compassionate as I needed at that time not knowing that that was what I needed. Her salesman Sal came out and wasn't pushy like Luna and Empire. (I felt like I was making funeral arrangements with Luna). Sal gave me a price and the flooring and carpet were laid within a couple of weeks at my request. Royal Home Flooring is the place you need if you want true humble people who went above and beyond my needs for my parents. I am especially grateful that Rachel who walked thru this experience with me from the beginning took such an interest in what we were experiencing and extended out her personal cell phone number and told me to call her if I needed to and i did call her and she answered. It was nice to know that there is still Ma & Pa places in this world that go the extra mile and care about the people. My father ran his own Ma & Pa window cleaning service the same way!!!! Thank tou ROYAL HOME FLOORING for a job well done. You have a customer for life!
