I tend to shoot Commercial, higher end Corporate and short Films.   I did my homework and chose the 16x9Inc E-mount to PL mount lens adapter, giving me access to a world of Cine lenses

Samuel - I was referring to their production camera with a PL mount. Its terrible, no ergonomics and no record quality.
The URSA only has one glaring problem and that is the flip out screen. The build quality is poor on the flip out screen and it is the main camera interface. When that swivel connection breaks, like an old school 2way flip phone the camera is a brick. Many of the connections run through that hinge/swivel.
Other then that only minor issues; no viewfinder, buy a decent VF and you are getting close to Fs7 prices.
The PL mount is incorrectly spaced so you will have to shim the lenses. Blackmagic sells the shims instead of improving the design.
ProRes is a great sell for the URSA, I have not seen anyone mess with their raw, so I can't speak of it.
I can't think of why you would buy a $6500 black magic PL, then spend $XXXX on a decent viewfinder. Instead of $8000 on the Fs7.

The Sony mirror-less and new Canon cameras both offer a RAW output options, but require an external recorder.

I Very highly recommend the silver diner. All of the typical diner menu items, done better, healthier and more creatively. All of the specialty items are fantastic.

Jacques is the BEST, he truly cares about his customers. He offered to pick me up and drop me off while my car was being tinted, this is truly remarkable service for such a small shop. The tint quality is excellent. Great Value, Amazing owner. If you are thinking about tint, call Graphics N Tints
