"Love, love, love our pellet stove! The best thing is no more loading the stove every few hours with logs of wood. It was a lot of work stacking cords of wood. Now we just order a ton of pellets and dump a bag a day. So much less work. Oh, and love the climate control, too." —Robin McDuff

So ready for green grass and summer grilling. Throwing back to one of our favorite burgers ever. The heirloom tomatoes on this burger were unreal!

The Harman P Series is well known as the “powerhouse of pellet stoves,” and for good reason. With three sizes (the P43, P61 & P68) there is one to fit every home, ranging in heat output from 43,000 BTU to 68,000 BTU. And the engineering is a marvel: Long-lasting and never misses a beat (or chance to heat). It’s a perfect entry to the world of Harman heating!

The Contour is our most exciting and sleekest door to be manufactured at Thermo-Rite. The most noticeable innovation is the creation of our hidden hinge. The lack of a visible hinge gives the enclosure a very clean look. The doors are flush with the frame, and there is no extruding hinge or extra gap to take away from this minimalist looking door. The frame's top edges and the door's top and bottom edges give a softer look to a gorgeous door.

I think that we are going to try this recipe this weekend - it sounds perfect for the Big Green Egg - calls for direct cooking at 400 degrees on soaked planks with a great sauce. The thing that we like best is that the Big Green Egg can do all four types of outdoor cooking . Can't beat it !!!! We will let you know how it turns out.
