My husband and I were born and raised in Detroit where everyone is somehow connected to the auto industry, as a result you get great customer service there - even as a woman. As we moved around outside of Michigan we found dealerships to be rude and disrespectful - we finally understood what people complained about. But I have to say Castle Chevrolet was the FIRST time in a long time that I was treated with respect. They were courteous, honest and shared my options with me. They even told me that I didn't need certain services as it wasn't necessary at this time. They could have been dishonest and rude but that was not the case. I live in the city and I will be making the trek to Villa Park for all my car service needs!! Thank you for your customer service Geo and Kelly!

This past Monday (June 27th), I bought a Chevy Malibu from Alex B. This was the first time I bought a car out of a dealership and I am really happy about the experience. Alex, was honest, helpful, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Both me and my father feel as if we got a good deal! If you need a car or are in the market for one, please go to Alex and he will take care of you. Honestly, to me he looked like the nicest salesman there. I went back the next day to drop something off and I received a different vibe from the other guys, as soon as I saw Alex, everything went smoothly. Once again thank you.

Everyone is very accomodating and thorough. The fact that I can come here and relax in this waiting room, watch tv, use the Ipads that are available for customer use, help myself to coffee or tea ... all while my car is being worked on, is great!!

Service Department is always courteous. Costs are discussed upfront and additional services are discussed with you prior to anything being done. They keep their promise of when your car will be ready. You are informed of delays and why. Recommend Castle to anyone who is thinking of buying a car.

While coming from work I stopped at this location to check if they had an open spot for an oil change which firstly one of the girl said they do and I have to wait for hour which I said was fine and couple minutes later this guy who I think was the service manager came up to me in a real cruel manner very disrespectful said if you don't have an appointment we can't work on your car for which I said its fine dude but watch you attitude and have some communication within your service colliges.. I do live very close to this location and also met the owner of this place few days before very nice guy but people who work there are JERKS...Never going to this location again............

I bought a car from this dealership back in January or February and it has been a nightmare ever since. The guy (I don't remember his name) I bought it from was very disrespectful during the process and continuously lied to me even after I bought the car. When I bought it the dealership listed the car as 4wd on the registration which the car is definitely not a 4wd as many mechanics have looked at it and they all say the same. After picking the vehicle up from the Castle North location the manager there asked if I received a spare for the car to which I had replied no. He told me to call the sales rep and ask for one. The sales rep then told me it was not possible to get one. I relayed this to the Castle North manager and he said to call back and request it again because they can make a spare if they don't have the spare. I called back and then miraculously they were able to get a spare. Less than a week after buying the car the windshield washer pump stopped working. So I called the sales rep and asked what they could do about it. To which he replied there was nothing it was probably just fluid frozen in the lines but if I really wanted to I could bring it in to have it checked out. I brought it to a different mechanic because if you live in an area that experiences fairly harsh winters you know you use the windshield washer fluid to defrost and deice your windshield so it freezing doesn't make sense. Sure enough the mechanic said the pump just wasn't plugged in and was likely a ploy for the dealership to charge me a repair fee without actually fixing anything. About a month later a friend said he heard a grinding noise in the back of the car while driving. I couldn't hear it but I decided to get it checked just in case. I brought it in and they said the back left bearing was bad and it would cost about $1000 to repair. Again, I was skeptical so I got a second opinion from a family friend who is a mechanic. When I told him about the issue he said a bearing issue probably isn't the case because those are built to last for the life of the car. After inspecting it he found both of the rear bearings were bad and charged me $700 to repair. He also said in the 20 years he's been a mechanic he has only seen that one other time but the car had over 150,000 miles on it. Mine had about 75,000. This is by far one of the worst experiences and I do not recommend buying from this dealership ever.

I made a call on a late Friday afternoon to the service dept and spoke to TJ. He was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure me my car would be looked at over the weekend and had a loaner in the meantime for me! When I arrived TJ was prompt and I had the car details written up and on my way. BIG BONUS my car was ready by Saturday afternoon! I would highly recommend Castle Chevrolet and I am a loyal customer now!

Service department impressed me all around. I brought my car in for a diagnosis, turns out I had a plethora of issues regarding my coolant system and fuel pump. Joy helped to look around for coupons and any recalls on my car for me which ended up helping me out a lot financially. Also they were open late so i didnt have to take off work to get to my car. Friendly and very communicative department. Will definitely be back if necessary.
