Hillary was so fantastic. I took in my baby-1994 Tracker. Didn't know if I would be able to get it fixed. Hillary was so sweet about it. The mechanic was, also. He was extremely careful not to let anything else that was rusted break. It was a fuel leak that they were able to fix and for much cheaper than we were anticipating. My baby is working again, for now. Hillary called to let me know what they found and called the very next day to say it was finished. Thanks so much!

Good dealership with friendly staff. Bought my 2008 Tahoe there and love it. Only one concern is to watch your paperwork! They added $4,500 in warranties to the invoice without asking if I wanted to buy them. A slick sales technique used by some. I was very displeased with that when I got home and read the contract. Never sign without reading first. Robert the COO of the company responded to my email and made sure that he would enlist his management to rectify my concerns. They did. I canceled one of the warranties and kept the other. I may have purchased both if they had not tried to add them without asking me. I would give them my business again but would be cautious.

This was our first new car purchase and the process was easy. Ivan Vujovic is a great salesman. We would recommend this dealership and especially Ivan to those looking for a vehicle. The service is outstanding.

Every time I come here its at-least a two hour wait even if you book an appointment. Came in today to get a flap under my front bumper fixed. And just so happened to get a new guy who enticed me with getting my oil changed since it would only be 34.99. The pricing posted on the wall said it as well. i had a 25 dollar certificate which was the only reason I came back to this location so I said lets do it. After my two hour wait the lady comes back with my receipt that charged me 47 something dollars for the oil change and no charge for the bumper. I immediately told her what they guy had told me about the price and what was clearly stated on their giant pricing board. She had the nerve to tell me that it hadn't been updated in a while. Well whose fault is that?!!! you'd think they'd honor their mistake but they didn't. If I wasn't beyond tired from waiting I would have talked to the GM. ***Never the less, The GM Contacted me a few days later, and not only apologized for this mishap, but also gave me some great incentives to come back...needless to say. I will definitely be back : ) The fact that he called me back, I can tell he cares about his customers and the reputation of this location. Thanks Rob.

Gio, the service manager, was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable and proactive. He told me about upcoming services that my car needed after 50,000 miles. I originally cam in for a oil change and he suggested a car wash. He kept his word that it would only take 45 minutes. I'm impressed and will go back.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the kind words about Gio, our service manager! We are very glad to hear he was knowledgeable and proactive about your vehicle. Thank you again for choosing Castle!

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this dealership has gotten under my skin. I purchased a new Silverado from them 1.5 years ago. I knew in November 2014 I'd be trading it in around the Spring of 2015 and wanted to cancel the Trident protection and extended warranty so my loan would be credited the remainder. Fast fwd to a few weeks ago, I'm getting ready to trade in my vehicle and was considering Castle, but after checking my loan there was no credit. I called the extended warranty company and the Trident protection which both stated they canceled the services and a total refund of 3824.71 was sent to the dealership back in late December...but I'm finding this out the last week of February. So I call the dealership many, many, many, many times. I leave messages...many, many, many messages. It gets to the point where I'm pretty irate and demand to speak to someone, and they do some checking...Clemente promises to call me the next morning with news on what has happened to my money. No call. So I call back pissed, and finally they say the "found" the money and will be crediting my account. So I decided not to purchase from them. I bought elsewhere. now that I purchased a new vehicle I have been calling and leaving several messages to get a credit from the GAP insurance. I'm supposed to receive a credit just under 400 bucks. But I can't get ahold of anyone and they don't return messages. I've been nothing but cordial and polite, but I've had enough. I called the GAP place on my own and canceled, but the money goes to Castle, and then it's supposed to go to me. So I called and demanded to speak to someone about it. I was successful this time in talking with someone...so we'll see if I get this check, or if they "accidently" keep it for themselves again. Seriously, I called at least twice everyday for 3 weeks straight excluding Saturday and Sunday...left a message once a day...and they never called back. Same thing with trying to cancel GAP. I've called just as much since Feb 28, to today March 24. No call backs. I had to call and cancel the insurance...then I had to get pissy to speak with someone to make sure they send the refund to me and not keep it for themselves. Not happy, and would recommend going through another dealership.

I brought my car in for a few recalls that needed to be fixed. They were very nice, checked things out, dropped m off and picked me up. My on complaint is that they had my car for almost five hours and couldn't provide me with a rental car. I had to either spend my whole day waiting some for them or go rent a car for the day. Being that it's my only day of and has errands to run I spent money out of pocket for a rental car. Now I could understand if I had brought the car in because if something I did but I didn't build it. It wasn't my fault it needed recall replacements. Other dealerships provide a car for customers in this situation. I challenge the owners to reevaluate this practice and would appreciate being reimbursed for the rental car cost.

I'm not a big fan of car dealerships in general, for various reasons, so, Castle in Villa Park is fairly pleasant, about as good (more or less) as any 'typical' experience one gets at just about any mid-level vehicle dealership. The guys I dealt with were basically average on the friendly scale, easy enough to talk to; the deal got done. The wait-time was long, I will say that. Ivan Vujovic was a nice fellow especially, really the only one who seemed to go out of his way much; also added in free xm radio for a few months, and saw to it the car got cleaned up. The guy trying to schlep extended warranties I wouldn't buy one from, much less buy an actual vehicle from him. He asked to add 60 bucks extra per month, to the already agreed-upon monthly payment, telling me it's like "2 dollars a day". When I balked at the 60, he right away said, " if I could make it like 30 more per month?". lol... Obviously it's BS, if they can just drop it or change it that much that quickly. Then when I stood firm, he said, "you don't believe in caring for your investment?". A car isn't an investment, anyway. He must have been hurting for whatever commission or whatever he gets out of selling the extended's. Otherwise, the actual salesman I had was a pretty nice guy, quieter or soft-spoken type. Got the job done, not a lot of unnecessary stuff involved. So no complaints there. If they could get you out of there in under 3- 4 hours, they'd be doing even better. Service has always been good when you actually take your car in and have it serviced. Free oil changes are a real nice plus as well. If you're in the area, and in the market for a Chevy new or used, I wouldn't be afraid to go in here. But eat something beforehand, bring a book or magazine or tablet or something to occupy your time, and don't be cowed into making your monthly payment exorbitant by the extended warr'y salesman, if you're buying used.

Hi JJ, We are happy to hear Ivan went out of his way to help make your visit a positive one. We do not usually have a long wait time for a purchase but extenuating circumstances can cause the process to go a bit slower than we would like. Thank you for the feedback and we look forward to seeing you for your free oil changes!
