Friendly service announcement.  Nightly epicmtd builds will be changing over to CM11 (Android 4.4.2), so be careful not to update before you are ready.  Partition sizes have been adjusted from previous versions (CM10, etc) to make room for a larger /system requirement, so data loss will occur during installation (also, less room for data, sorry).  Make your backups and have proper kitkat gapps on hand before you update.

CM10.1 Keyboard Fn and Shift Bug?
Anyone experiencing inconsistent behavior where the Fn or Shift tap before another button fails to work, and you must hold down the modifiers instead?  Chrome browser, the search box on homescreen, password dialogs, perhaps elsewhere?  This worked fine back in CM9, wondering if people notice when this bug began, in CM10 or CM10.1?

4.3 coming soon...

Anyone want to buy a clean ESN Epic, very good condition?  A team member is selling two of his three Epic's for $55/each including USPS Priority Mail shipping.  $5 discount if you pay via Bitcoin.  Please reply if interested.
(Highly recommended for Epic to try on Ting.com for dirt cheap pay-as-you-go service.  Pay for minutes or data that you actually use.  Great for a second backup smartphone or media-only device.)

"I'm not dead yet!" - Aging Epic 4G turns 4.2.

It's still early in the process of merging Android 4.2 into CyanogenMod, so it's not ready for any releases, but stay tuned. :)

Please help us convince Ting to allow activation of Epic 4G in their early beta Bring-Your-Own-Sprint-Device program.  For example, unactivated Epic's could be reborn with dirt-cheap monthly service for occasional use as a media player or hotspot.  Other devices like Evo appear to be in the beta list only due to popularity.  *Fill out their beta form* and let them know you want Epic on Ting!
