Here is my site. Very similar to the solution. I wonder how much we are allowed to be off on the area of the pedestrian walk.

Hello Everyone, First attempt. I am sure the slopes are incorrect and I am trying to warp my mind on how the circles I see people drawn translate. But I would like some feedback on the overall strategy. I am wrapping 107 around the building on the East and 106 on the west.

What is the definition of a "Legal Exit"
My book had questions about this at the end of the chapter, and mentioned the specific terms but did not give examples or a definition. I know its an egress way, but what make it "legal" as opposed to "illegal" ?

Thank you.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the allowable inaccuracy margin allowed. If you take a look at my screen shot, the "30 deg" line is actually drawn at 29.9x deg. This also caused the building profile to miss it. I can only draw the profile either above (which I think would cause me to fail) or below as I have it shown. At the grade, there is a similar situation where the building doesn't quite touch, or overshoots the site profile.

If anyone can shed some insight I would appreciate it. I tried to zoom in all the way but the snaps remain the same (can I maybe turn them off?)

Regrading the section, does it matter how the exterior walls connect with the slab or footing? Typically the slab will go to the edge of the wall, and the wall will rest of it (with a 2x cutout or depression on the slab). Also what is the preferred way to draw the footing in the middle of the building for testing purposes ?  see my attempt. Thank you !

Hi Folks, I just signed up for my first exam - CDS. What is the best way to study for this exam, or what is the material I need to be looking at. I do same some practical experience but I realize things may be very different in a testing environment. I welcome any advice and look forward to contributing eventually.
