Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Carrabas! The food was such a small portion. I got only 3 pieces of chicken in my order and my husband barely had any mushrooms in his chicken Marsala. Our bread took 10 minutes to come out.. We're so disappointed. This was to be his birthday dinner and it was terrible. The music... Country. What happened to Rosemary Clooney Carrabas?! Maybe you're under new management... But that shouldn't be the customers fault.

I've eaten at the Fayetteville Carrabba's several times and had mediocre experiences. There was one we frequented in Utah when we lived there and we always enjoyed it. The service and food were excellent. Over the past sixl years in Fayetteville, I thought Carrabba's' mediocrity was a fluke at first. The second time gave me pause. The third time was the lesson lesson learned and I've not been back. What has finally cemented my opinion and influenced me to write this review was an experience my employees recently had. There was a miscommunication and one of them was overcharged significantly because of an error by the server. My co-worker politely called them to see if they could work something out because the price difference was not huge, but was enough to make the phone call. Rather than any sort of assistance, she received attitude and denials. My co-workers are customer service experts so they know how to approach situations humbly and politely to give the business every opportunity to partner with them to resolve their concerns. Carrabba's simply chose not to do this. Whereas, even though Carrabba's has a captive audience with Fort Bragg being nearby and a constant stream of new people coming in and out of the city, Carrabba's at large may not know how much their Fayetteville franchise is harming their regional reputation. The military family that moves from Bragg to Polk is more likely to shun Carrabba's than to try them out again if their experience here was poor. I've taken the time to read review after review of people who are/were frustrated at Carrabba's lack of customer service and at their hostility toward people who have concerns. How can a business do that and expect to build? I know that I will never go there again. The people reading this review may not. My co-workers won't, as well as our local business will never spend a dime there. This is all because of the escalated rudeness my co-worker received. Most people can handle a bad experience here or there, but when the establishment's highest representative basically says: 'We don't want your business.', then it's time to oblige them.

Worst management team EVER!!! Marc Moses is the worst excuse for a manager and human being I have ever seen. I will never step foot in that roach motel again!! The story starts out on Valentine's Day. I called in at 5pm to make a reservation and was told they don't do that but they do something called call ahead seating and the earliest was at 9:30. If I did a walk-in, there was only about an hour wait. Ok so an hour drive and an hour wait puts it around 7 pm, not too shabby. After getting the kids dressed and take the hour long drive, we were given the machine and were told it would be about an hour and 15 minutes for a table. Awesome. 8:30 rolled around and we were not seated yet so we asked what was taking so long and asked how long it would be. Again we were told by the hostess 15 more minutes so we ended up waiting inside instead of going back outside where it was less crowded. 15 minutes passed, 30 minutes passed. Again we asked how much longer and again we were told a few more minutes. Finally at 9:30 I said if we didn't get seated soon I was going to throw their remote at their tv and leave and guess what, we got seated!!! We had an awesome waiter named Andre that asked how we were doing and after hearing our story, he did everything he could to make it right. After the meal, we paid our bill and out the door we went leaving behind a 25% tip for a job well done. The following day, the statement finalized on my credit card statement and we were charged $10 extra on the bill. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to someone whom informed me after 20 minutes they were just kitchen help and that the manager was not available. Very interesting that kitchen staff would answer a phone while the manager is right there on another line. She took my name and number and informed me the manager would call me back within a few minutes. 3 hours later, I got tired of waiting so I called the manager back. I explained the situation to Marc Moses and he seemed understanding. I guess that's just a face he puts on to your face though. He told me he would refund the additional $10 if requested. I said that's fine and thank you. I assumed that was the end of the conversation but I was wrong. At 4:53pm Marc Moses called me back and left a voicemail for me that said he pulled the receipt and it shows I left a tip of $10 and it matched my signature. First off, how do you compare numbers and letters? I signed the receipt but never left a tip on it, I left it blank because I left a $25 tip for the waiter in cash. Either way, when Marc finished his message, he hung up the phone but he didn't actually hang it up properly because I heard everything that was said afterwards. First off, you do not call someone a "f%#king Idiot" because they were overcharged at your restaurant, then to have the other female in the office with you say some people are stupid? Really? Because you work at a restaurant makes you a genius??? I will never step a foot in that place again nor will I recommend it to anyone. By the way, Marc when you read this, maybe you should pay your bills and not just pay $100-$200. If you pay your bills on time , they won't go to collections. You poor excuse for a manager!

Portion size is lacking for the price. I'm not asking for a huge amount of food on my plate, but I shouldn't be paying what they charge for a kids plate.

Our waiter was excellent the manger was awesome and the fiod was even better best service in fayetteville and the amore monday deal was veey well priced

I called yesterday, 2-13, on the whim they would have something the 14th. Only same day seating, fair enough, said call tomorrow. I called the morning of the 14th and they said call an hour before we wanted to go... I called at 3:30 to be safe. I was then informed they didn't have anything until after 9. Really ? Be consistent, no reservations would have been better than being directed as such.

My best friend and I dined at Carrabba's Italian Grill (Fayetteville Location) on Saturday, 1/17/15. It was pretty crowded but we were able to be seated within 15 minutes, which was good. Once seated, it took a full 25 minutes to get the attention of our server - and this was AFTER we had alerted the Hostess TWICE that no one had come to our table yet. We even saw the hostess talking to our server and pointing us out - so I had assumed that she would be over our way shortly. NOT. The hostess ended up taking our drink orders on the second time she checked on us - asking if the server had helped us yet. Finally, 25 minutes after we were seated and observed people being seated after us and being served before us, did LAVETA S (per the receipt) show up. She offered no excuse for the delayed service and seemed indifferent about her job. She never advised us on the special, she did not place napkins on the table for the drinks (my friend's drink was moving all across the table due to condensation and no napkin), she placed our meals on the table and walked away without a word, she did not check on us after the food was out, did not refill drinks or ask if we wanted dessert. She was awful. This was by far the worst experience I have had at Carrabbas. Rarely do I post reviews and/or complaints, but I felt this one was absolutely necessary because LAVETA S needs to find an alternate line of work - or needs additional training. She is the worst!

When I went there my waitress disappeared right after she asked us what we wanted to drink & didn't come back for 30min's & was just rude.....
