These people are lying, unethical crooks! My husband and I went in looking for a used vehicle with a specific budget. Wasted 2 hours of our time with our 3 year old only to be lied to about the price of the vehicle. Not to mention, a low ball offer for our car. Thankfully we were wise enough not to buy from them!!! Word of mouth travels super fast people, DO NOT BUY FROM these crooks!!!

Horrible crooks! We bought a truck there the dealer assured us it had never been wrecked. It had been.... Then after a few months the transmission went out. This was a 2013 with less then 10,000 miles on it. They knew it had problems and sold it anyways. ..

Adam Adams worked quickly to secure financing for my 2014 Dodge Avenger. He kept all his promises and did not try to upsell me. Howard in financing was also very expedient and friendly. They continued to find ways to drop the price and car payment after I signed the paperwork. I left feeling they were genuinely looking out for my best interest while operating a successful business that obviously needs to make a profit. The experience totally changed my outlook on the stereotype that car dealerships and salespersons have. Kudos to all!!

My daughter bought a 2014 jeep Patriot from here in Sept. She lives in another state and it took until Christmas Eve to get the plates for it. During the negotiations, the sales manager (Steve) was VERY pushy and a stereotypical car salesman. I told him I was not happy with the way he acted and he said to apologize he would give free oil changes for 2 years. I asked if it would be unlimited, he said yes. After the second oil change the service dept told my daughter she had two left. The manufacturer was offering 2 yrs or 4 oil changes to new purchasers. Steve made it sound like he was doing her a favor. I called him and he said he was under the impression it was unlimited and he would talk to the service dept and call me back. He didn't call, so I called the next day. He wasn't there. I spoke to customer service and she was supposed to check with the general manager about getting what Steve had promised or at the very least 4 more oil changes. I didn't hear from anyone for a couple weeks, called her back, and she pretty much said sorry, no unlimited and Steve said he didn't say that. I asked her to speak with the general manager again to see what could be done about this problem, but didn't hear back. Called again, got put on hold, then disconnected. Called back and she had left for the day. If one of your employees (especially if they are supposed to be in a supervisory position) makes a mistake, it is up to the employer to make things right with the customer.

LETS TALK UNETHICAL: My husband shopped around many dealers. This dealership said they give me the best deal. Wanting Dodge5500. THey did not have the truck on the lot that he wanted, so they said they could get it from another dealership. On Friday a week ago, a deal was made, 55,000. They said it needed to be paid for before it could be delivered. He wrote them a check. Later that afternoon, signed the papers with the bank. I have a bill of sale for a truck from a dealership in Virgina. With that specific VIN #. The truck was to be delivered on Monday. He heard nothing. On Tues. He called and got a run around. Later Tues. he was called and told they were LOOKING for a truck. He told them he had a Bill of sale for a truck. They than told him that truck wasn't available. But we do have a bill of sale for that truck and a lien on it. They also had no problem cashing his check Monday morning. (knowing they made no deal to get the truck from VA) With having the Vin Number we were able to find the truck from the dealership in VA. They said the Columbia inquired, but made no deal to get it. AND they traded to another dealership in VA. So my husband explained, the truck is titled to him, there is a lien on it, they have yet to refund our money. Its supose to be a wire transfer. As of this morning - our last conversation - It takes 10 days for a wire transfer. WE all no that's a lie. Now although, this is not the dealership in VA fault, - We have heard back from no one. SO tomorrow, We are reporting the truck as stolen.

Buyer BEWARE! I was in negotiations with this dealer for a used car that I wanted to pay cash for and they sold it to someone else! After I test drove a car with this dealer and then made a cash offer, they first tried to get me to finance the car so they could get "bank kickbacks". After I made an offer, they brought in another salesmen (2 of them and one of me) and the two then used high pressure tactics to get me to pay more than I was willing to. So I left. They called me 2 days later and told me they would take my offer to the owner and let me know right away. He also agreed to meet me somewhere to accept my check and deliver the car. After waiting two hours, I called him and he didn't answer. So I sent him a text. He replied that the car was gone and I could no longer buy it! I had just made arrangements to get a ride to go buy the car and now this! I called him back and he ignored me. He didn't even have the spine to tell me! I also left a voice mail for the owner and have yet to hear from either of the cowards. They will pressure you to pay more than you feel comfortable with and when you agree, they will say "never mind"! Condescending and rude!

My experience with the Sales Department was excellent. Chase Hayes, Sales Consultant, went out of his way to accomodate my request. He walked the lot with me looking at cars that I was interested in and within the price range I was looking at. He kept in touch with me during the process and afterward to assure I had no issues. Joanne Martinez, Customer Relations Advocate, spoke with me several times during the process. She went out of her way to talk to me regarding my experience on the very first day I was there and I was waiting on some information. She was very cordial and informative. Once I purchased the 2014 Dodge Avenger she was very professional and did an outstanding job showing me all the features of the Avenger. Both are a credit to your dealership. They along with the rest of your sales department made this an enjoyable experience.
