BHF book 4: Lowering Cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty substance in your blood. There are 2 types HDL-the goodies LDL-the baddies. To much LDL can cause heart attacks and strokes. So this week really try and fight the LDL by exercising, cutting out saturated FAT and eating plenty of F&F :)
