How to Create Joy Filled Relationships

Dear friend, to have a joy filled relationship is to have that sense of self. We all have expectations of relationships and how they are going to be. But if we come from within ourselves, with that authentic experience of knowing who we are and have the ability to share that with others, unencumbered by that mask of the need to protect, then we will draw to ourselves those that we are compatible with. We will have like minded experiences and a flow of energy that is not discordant or fractured or uncomfortable.

Relationships of joy fill the heart and come from the inner to the outer, they have that sense of self that gives one freedom, that sense of atonement, being soul centered and it allows one to feel comfortable in one’s own skin. A balanced relationship of self draws to itself similar relationships in the external because you changed your perceptions and greet and meet opportunity with others from a different perspective.

Old paradigms vs. new paradigms for relationships

7 Ways to Save Money in 2015

Dear friend, Happy Holidays! Wishing you and your family a healthy and prosperous 2015, a year filled with all the things you treasure most and a year filled with all the happiness you deserve.

I also want to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome and a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who joined my subscription list over the last six months.

As you enter 2015 are you interested in saving 1000s of dollars? Are you always on the lookout for the best deal? Trying to stretch your household budget further with less? Is growing your business or protecting your money important to you? Are you positioned to WIN in your life and business? Do you want to start learning how to create personal wealth today but not sure where to start?

It is simple! All you need to do is learn how to become a smarter consumer – then you will start accumulating cash. It is easy to do – much easier than you imagined.
Life is a game, and you can decide how you want to play the game. If you learn how to get in control of your spending, you are a step ahead of your neighbors. If your neighbors are living off $80,000 a year and you are living off $40,000, you will be $40,000 ahead of them each year! By reducing your bills, you will be able to achieve more and accomplish more because your living expenses will be lower.

In today’s world it is important not only to count your dollars but save them as well. Most people work hard all their lives to end up in retirement struggling to get by. Some even have to go back to work because there isn’t enough money to survive on.

We shouldn’t wait until we are faced with an emergency situation, then think about saving. Saving is a good habit to do and it’s never too late to begin saving. Some people believe in living for today not realizing the importance of saving.

Most feel they barely have enough to pay their bills because saving is considered “extra” money and it’s impossible to do and live paycheck to paycheck. If you are one of these people, it’s still possible to set aside a hefty sum of money. Especially, on the flip-side, if you’re one of the same people who seem to be totally capable of affording a $50, 000 cars, a closet full of designer clothing and have no problem spending $150 going out.

So at this point saving money is not an issue of how little money you think you may have, it’s an issue of discipline and not having any future plans.

The bottom line is that you will begin saving money when it is CRITICALLY important to you. You cannot simply wander into good habits; you must make a conscious effort to do so. (Excerpted from my ebook Creative But Practical Ways to $ave Money)

Join me as we discover ways to get into the game of saving money while enjoying life to its fullest.
1.    Shop around
If you’re in the market for a big-ticket item, make sure to do your research. You can save up to 30 percent by comparing prices. Do it online instead of going from store to store, so you can save on gas, too.
2.    Try a staycation instead of traveling during big holiday weekends
Airline, gas and hotel prices inflate during peak travel times.
3.    Buy your airline tickets early
Buy airline tickets anywhere from one to three months in advance. Booking earlier is always a safer bet because if you wait, fares can go up or down. Typically, fares go up by more than they go down… so don’t gamble in hopes that you’ll get a screaming deal. Chances are you’ll lose out altogether.
4.    Keep a coin jar
When you pay in cash, always “keep the change” and add it to that jar. You can effortlessly squirrel away hundreds each year.
5.    Make a grocery list and stick to it
When you avoid tossing frivolous (and likely unhealthy) items into your cart, you could save up to $40 a week.
6.    Walk it out
Avoid driving three blocks to run an errand. Walk instead. Your heart, pocketbook and car will all be grateful.
7.    Kick the carbonated habit
Not only is soda bad for you, but it’s expensive. Cut it out and save a couple hundred bucks a year.

Until next time, make this a week one in which you are living your life to the fullest.

With appreciation and gratitude
