Abordarea “#Lean” de origine #Toyota a ajuns un “must-have” pentru companiile care doresc atingerea obiectivelor de excelenţă în performanţă fără investiţii majore sau reduceri masive de personal. Se porneşte de la identificarea tuturor activităţilor care nu aduc valoare clientului astfel generând costuri inutile (pierderi) şi prin organizarea eficace a locului de muncă se ajunge la un sistem integrat capabil să răspundă “Just în Time” cerinţelor clienţilor.

Pe lângă eficientizarea proceselor din producţie se pare că Toyota are o #viziune interesantă şi despre evoluţia tehnologiei.
