Grashof's criterion for Crank-Rocker mechanism is almost the same as double crank. They're both defined as S+L < P+Q. But the position of S changes from the frame to the side link. See how it changes in this video.

Grashof's crieterion tells us that the double crank four-bar mechanism must satisfies S+L < P+Q. This video shows how we construct the 4-bar mechanism with Autodesk ForceEffect on Google Chrome app and simulate. The mechanism is constructed using the lengths as mentioned earlier. And this is the result.
