Simply put this drive through exhibit is amazing. I've never been anywhere that a bison can stick it's head in your window. There were lots of cool separate areas with different animals that get right up close to you car. It was super cool that you could even feed them carrots.

If I could give ten stars I would! This place was awesome! The animals were great, and we loved being able to interact with them. We opened the sun roof and the giraffe's tongue was in our van, slobbering all over the place! It was great! We laughed so much at the animals' antics. If we get in that area again, we will go again.

Outside of dealing with stupid people; "don't feed the animals", while they're tossing food at them; an ok experience. Don't go if you have a car you idolize. Horns, hoofs and slobber. A different experience; sad though. This is not how these animals should live.

Animal handlers have to keep track of how much the animals are being fed. They don't "steal," your outside carrots for their own beneficial reasons, or to be bullies. None of you thoughtless jerks took into consideration that maybe they only feed the animals non GMO or organic vegetables, or it being for the animals safety. These people work hard to keep these animals safe with the hazardous public flow through. Have some respect for them, or don't go! Spread love. Don't hate them for doing their jobs. I greatly appreciate what they do, and am eager to return this week!!!

There on last weekend in August 2015. Feeding the animals was so much fun. Loved the Llamas and reindeer. Had a buffalo head come right in the window. Lots of fun for animal lovers.

Watch out for the Crazed Carrot Nazis! I took the family here today on our way home from Cedar Point and was very dissatisfied. We had picked up some carrots to feed the animals before we went there. Bad idea! Once we started the drive through "safari" we were swarmed by angry people on golf karts asking "where did you get those carrots!" "Where is your blue tag!" "Those carrots are not allowed!" "GIVE US YOUR CARROTS!!!" We were treated like criminals. We were then stopped and informed that you are only allowed to use their carrots that are $5 a pound. We paid over $50 to get in here. Is it that bad that we had brought our own food for the animals?" One of these crazed mall cop wanna-be's on a power trip actually reached into my vehicle and removed 3 bags of carrots my son had next to him. If it were a man that had done this I would have exited my vehicle and done something about it. My son cried the rest of the way through. What kind of a place trains their employees to act like this? Yeah, there are signs that say not outside food but that is no excuse to act the way they do. That is literally somebody's job. To race around and confiscate "illegal" carrots. I will never come back to this place. The animals do not make up for the horrible attitude of their employees. If you do go and decide to bring your own food, hide it! Buy one bag of their "approved carrots" and get one of their blue tags then just use your own food.

Staff was very apologetic about the 3.5 hour wait. Gave us a discount for the excessive wait if we did just the walk through. No one there to direct parking and where to go. They seemed completely overwhelmed.
