This is my favorite Macy's in the Bay Area. No other Macy's has such a wide selection for guys. From clothing to shoes to accessories this Macy's has something for everyone. I live outside of SF but I always come here to shop. I'm never disappointed. Definitely plan on being here for a little bit, its a huge store!

This place is HUGE. This place has about 7-8 floors and is located at a prime location right opposite Union Square. You can get kitchen appliances, jewellery/watches, womens accessories & clothing, furniture, bedding & what not. You name it and they have it. Pretty much all throughout the year you will find deals here. They also carry Swarowski and premium brands of clothing, accessories for the females. Also a huge section for cosmetics where women can literally get tons of make up layers to put on their faces. Tip: They have a small food court in the basement that not many people know off.

I find incredible that they don't sell bikinis or any type of beachwear out of summer season. there should be at least a small section of it, considering the size of the store.

Oh Macy's, you depress me. I love the idea of a store that has almost everything you need, but you're in desperate need of a makeover and sales associates are few and far between. Having to search high and low to find someone to take my money just doesn't work for me.

Coming from someone who works in customer service during the holidays i understand the heavy traffic of people and the amounts of phone calls. I called the shoe department asking if they carried a specific shoe. When the woman picked up i asked if they carried a specific brand, she was quick to say yes. Helpful. Then i asked if they carried this specific shoe i was looking for. Her response was "look online or come into the store and look yourself, i am with a customer." It immediately caught me off guard. Considering i live far from this location i asked her if it would be a problem to just double check for me. She seemed flustered that she had to do that and put me on hold for a very long time which then i just gave up and hung up the phone. As a current employee in retail i know that customers on the phone and customers in person are equal. Ill be sure to stay away from Macys shoe department in union square thats for sure. Finally found my shoe at nordstrom.

I have been coming here off and on for years. While I have not become a regular here because of the steep parking rate and tourists you have to maneuver around, I still highly recommend the Brow Bar at Benefit in Macy's Union Square. While they do take appointments, I have never had a problem being served when I do not make one. All the girls are very friendly and love trying their new products when I am done getting my brows done. Each person that has done my eyebrows has done a great job. The brow bar is tucked in the corner on the main floor (with the fragrances), with a nice view of the folks walking by outside.

Macy's hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
