Should women capitalize on their sexual power in the work place? Is it appropriate? It can be argued that many women already do but does that diminish their work? We very clearly as a society value youth and attractiveness but does using our erotic capital really turn the patriarchal power structure on its head or simply help keep the incredibly unhealthy $4 billion cosmetics and diet industry going strong?
