Basic Information
Just took delivery on my 4th Subaru from Goldstein. After significant problems with the first sales rep (Joe Khattar) management stepped in to make things right, and transferred my purchase to Doug who was helpful and friendly. Michael in the Finance office was fabulous, and my internet experience with Jon was also excellent. Prior experiences with Goldstein Subaru have always been 5-star (Nick Falletta, where are you? I miss you!) This experience was less than stellar, tho I think the new Outback is great. I appreciate that Stephanie stepped up to the plate to make things right again. **Updated 5/26/16** My husband is purchasing a new Outback there. Salesman Patrick is excellent. Aaron Butler, Sales Manager, was on top of things. Stephanie Goldstein checked in to ensure all was going well, and Michael from Finance again was excellent. Goldstein Subaru has done everything right to show that they value me as a customer, and will keep us as loyal customers.

Having used Enterprise many times, just recently at the Ballard site in Seattle, I was surprised by the negative experience at the airport site last week. I had reserved a compact car (step up from Economy) but was told that a Smart Car was in that class. I rejected that and similarly rejected the Fiat 500, as my understanding was that I'd have a vehicle at least the size of a Versa. We finally informed the rep which car we were taking, the Hyundai Accent, which was the next size available up from the Fiat/Smart Car 2 person cars. My prior rental, out of Ballard, for the same size car, had me in a Ford Focus, and they made no mention of that being an upgrade. The agent at the airport also pressured me to buy supplemental insurance, telling me lies about what my credit car's insurance covered. Ballard Enterprise gets 5 stars, Seattle Airport gets 1. Note that the contract desk service was fine; my one star is based on the rep who actually got us our car.
