I don't know where the people before me ate because our experience was totally opposite. We went there for my dad's 80th birthday and didn't want to say anything as I know now the rest of my family didn't either. The prime rib, ordered rare came well done. One in our party didn't even get their food and had to reorder. The broiled seafood platter was worth about $5 instead of $20. Three shrimp that were dried out, 4 scallops that were dried out and chewy and the tiniest piece of tilapia I've ever seen. The soup came room temperature and the salad left a lot to be desired. The wait staff forgot to get drink orders from some in our party too! Even though I don't live there, I grew up there and visit frequently. If anyone mentions going to the Raven Diner again I will politely suggest another restaurant.

Too bad you have to give it a star...I would give it none. Don't go here with a large party. Prime rib was overdone when ordered rare. Burger was RAW when ordered rare. Sad excuse for a salad...lettuce one tomato wedge and too many onions...come on...even the coffee sucked. 20 bucks for the worst seafood platter i have ever seen...how expensive is tilapia? Scallops were chewy and dried out...at least all the meals were consistant. just warm..cold soup. We had reservations for 18 people weeks in advance...they should have been better prepared...totally let down and hungry on the way home...pathetic excuse for a wait staff as well...if we weren't celebrating my Dad's 80th birthday, and we didn't want to ruin it...I would have said something...and I still plan to call the diner when I calm down.,..unbelievably horrible dinner. I wouldn't go there for even a burger....
