Tip: Eleven Madison Park has been named one of the best restaurants in the world and is a fine dining and prix fixe experience that is truly memorable. Decor is upscale and service of even the bus boys and wait staff exceeds that of the waiters at many other restaurants. Reservations are a must.

15 minutes is too long to be held on hold. Why is there no call-back service or a better queuing system. I am sure this is not indicative of the overall customer experience in the restaurant but it does suggest a surprising lack of attention to the detail of the end to end customer experience. Very disappointed.

Everything you come to expect from a name. Food, service, presentation and attention to detail, all outstanding! Worth the treat.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice restaurant in the area and we read AMAZING reviews on Eleven Madison Park. To our amazement, they were able to sit us at 5:45pm when we called the previous day. From the moment you walk in to your long stroll out 4 hours later, you feel well taken care of. We decided to get the wine pairings with the prefix dinner and it did not disappoint. The wait staff, sommelier, and servers were all so pleasant! The food was paired well together and it was quite the experience. I will say that there are other, more innovative, restaurants with more unique dishes, but Eleven Madison Parks did not disappoint. My favorite part was the end where they treated us to guessing which animal the four different types of milk chocolate came from (cow, buffalo, sheep, or goat). It was a fun game to play and guess! Apparently, they will change those little interactions from month to month to keep their loyal patrons coming in. Overall, this restaurant was really expensive, but it was well worth the experience.

This place is a rich-tourist trap. Offers nothing but a lot of show, and very little food. I've been to Michelin starred restaurants that serve puny dishes before, but never to one with dishes so unimaginative and dull. The worst of the worst has to be the tomato puree, which I believe was scooped out of some tin. We were asked for the whole table to choose between duck or the pork as a main. This led to the natural assumption that we are to expect a whole duck or pork. Instead we received a measly slice each. Practically pastrami at your local butcher's. As the person who booked the place and was excited to take my family there, I can say that I left the place quite embarrassed and had to apologise to the people I brought with me on this odyssey of unimaginative, unpalatable dishes. I hope this helps other people who might be blinded by the hype, as I was, to stay clear of this place...

By far the best customer service I've probably ever had in any restaurant. I came here with my girlfriend and the owner was so friendly and helpful. He brought out all the beer he had and explained why he loved each one.

THE BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE! Make a reservation well in advance- advice: seems like there are more availabilities for groups of 4's than pairs.

Rated the #1 restaurant in the America, #5 in the world, I can see why. Beyond the incredibly complex flavors in every square millimeter of food, I was mesmerized by the choreography of the staff around the dining room and beyond. The meal is tasting menu only, so it was a 4 hour event, but holy cow I never wanted it to end. It starts with a gift box on the table for you to open, it contains your first bite - a little black and white cookie cheese sandwich. Then the food just gets better and better, my favorites were the eggs benedict plate and the carrot tartare experience. It ends with a guess the animal milk in the mast brother chocolate bar game, and as you walk out they hand each guest a gift of homemade granola in a mason jar to take home and enjoy for breakfast. I love that the food was locally sourced and the staff explained where it all came from. I want to go back. For every meal. Forever. This is what I would do if I won the lottery.
