A while ago Ricardo (DaPantz) reblogged a post on Tumblr which was a transcription of the beat used on Afrika Bambaataa and the Soul Sonic Force's "Planet Rock". I transposed the beat using the 808 on Audiotool Sketch. Feel free to download and make use of this beat.
You'll have to edit the wav down to a one-shot sample. The tempo is 120 bpm

I made some Acid. One take with Audiotool Sketch for Android. If this gets some positive feedback I may do more of these. Also, I should collaborate with Fumu Battleship (or anyone else who's interested) during Blip. Enjoy! :]

Made a new Soundcloud account. I will try not to neglect this one. Seeing as how my FM3 Buddha Machines are on the way and I'm eager to experiment with them and Nanoloop. I might actually use this thing semi-regularly. For now, enjoy one of the tracks I played at 8static 28. :]

I ordered one of these (FM3 Buddha Machine 1) and v. 3. This really does sound like Boards of Canada, and I wouldn't doubt that they probably used one of these on their albums. I am so excited to finally have one of these. The ambient loops work well as a segue into something bigger or as background for a minimal track.

I found this yesterday, thanks to I am Robot and Proud posting a pic on Instagram. Looks like a sweet little synth. I'll probably be getting one in the not too distant future, which will completely negate my need for a laptop and softsynths to use with Nanoloop during a live performance. I just hope a syncbox with sync them both.

This is a very rough mix that I made from loops which have been sitting on my cart for three years. From 0:48 onward, is the only bit I think sounds decent, and 1:00 - 1:30 were the original loops I created so I’m trying to work around those. All other loops spawned from those.

This track is in dire need of constructive criticism!
