As soon as you enter you are treated to a wonderful experience. The dinners, parties and breads are outstanding. The staff is attentive but provides you with time and space to enjoy your dinner and the company you are with. I highly reccomend PB.

For the past five years, my grandfather and grandmother have had reservations at the bistro to celebrate their anniversary. (now 46 years) My sister and I have joined them for the past two years. They say by us being there, it is even better! To the point, they say the chef is simply the best. Meaning his food and his personality. The best part is getting to see the chef cook your meal. He does it so well, that it pleases us to talk about it afterwards. Then we all can see the happiness in each others faces by the end of it all. My grandparents go two-three times a year only because driving time is two hours each way. (otherwise they'd be there more often!) In the future, they look forward to going to Sunday brunch. Happy, happy, happy! I'll end this by saying the manager William is the best! He satisfies all of our needs. Every time we go, the chef takes time to have a picture taken with us. Service and food are absolutely wonderful! Well worth the trip to Wellfleet. Highly recommend it!

We found PB Boulangerie Bistro last summer and will be returning again and again ! My boyfriend and I stopped on our way to Marconi Beach to get some chocolatines (chocolate croissant), they are mouth watering. On our way back to the condo, we decided to stop by for a late afternoon drink and bite. Their dining room was already all reserved for the night, but they accommodated us by sitting us at the bar. That is the best place to sit in my opinion, because you can observe the cooks and all the busy work that is taking place in their beautiful kitchen. The hostess was wearing a beautifully fit suit and displayed lots of professionalism, charm and attentions. We had the pleasure to meet the chef and twice he came to offer us personnally his creations, chef's compliments. I'll never forget his soup, consisting of mainly tomatoes, smoked on apple tree wood. Their cheese platter was already beautiful and complete, but the chef insisted on adding another jam his mother had made, to go with the cheese of her making. Love of food and entertaining is in the air, and so is beautiful music notes coming out of a Barban Organ, on which they play once in a while during the night. This has been my best restaurant experience on beautiful Cape Cod so far, and I can't wait until next summer. Or maybe I won't wait and come all the way from Montreal next weekend to pay them a visit.

My wife and I and guests had dinner Saturday at PB Boulangerie Bistro for our wedding anniversary. Everything was fabulous, we highly recommend them! We've eaten there before and always had a great experience. The staff is very attentive and provide excellent service. We've sat in the main part of the Bistro, and the "porch" area and this time at the bar, where we enjoyed watching the chef and his staff prepare meals. We started with a cheese plate. They have a nice selection of cocktails with full bar and very good selection of wines, from moderate to very high end bottles. Also a nice selection of European draft beers. We each had different entrees, duck, chicken, scallops and the codfish. All were delicious, beautifully presentation and tasty accompaniments. If you have room, the deserts are incredible, we had a selection of gelatos, chocolat liegeois, and macaroons. Magnificent!

Excellent bread. I once are an entire pain du fromage for breakfast. So delicious! Pastries have changed since the patissier went on to start Boston's Cafe Madeline, but remain great and reasonably priced.

I was there on Sunday May 25th, 2014. The foods, service, waitstaff, chef, absolutely everything was amazingly prepared, presented and delicious! From the beginning to the end including drinks it was a wonderful meal. The quality of the food is outstanding! The line to get in can be long at times, but absolutely the worth the wait! Thank you for the delightful dining experience. You would never expect to find a such an amazing place, even tho' it has that wonderful Cape Cod look on the outside. Do Not let that fool you.
