Crossfit - When you get real exercises and throw all form out the window, and make up stupid things to say while working out.
What to get in shape here are the keys:
2) Cardio 3miles a 3-4 days a week
3) Weights: Dead lift, Squat, Bench, Dips, Pull-ups (FORM > WEIGHT)
4) Anyone that talks to you about Cross fit... SLAP them!
Do those 4 things and you'll see results in a matter of 1-2 months depending on your dedication.
