Day 20 of our RV Road Trip: Nelson - Christina Lake.
Before we hit the road, we strolled through beautiful Nelson. We did the walking tour, for which we picked up a map at the Visitor Centre. With over 350 designated heritage buildings, a walk through Nelson opens a window on an earlier time.

Day 18 of our RV Road Trip: Banff National Park - Revelstoke
Today we left Banff National Park behind us and the Trans Canada Highway led us through 3 other national parks: Yoho, Glacier and Mount Revelstoke. One of our favourite stops was at the Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park. After parking you take a short walk over a footbridge to the viewing platform. There are small trails around the water to get different perspectives of the bridge and a small trail to take you down to the shoreline of the Kicking Horse River.

Day 17 of our RV Road Trip: Banff National Park.
Looking down Banff Avenue with Cascade Mountain standing majestically at the end of the street. Surrounded by beauty, amazingness and cute shops, you don't need to spend a lot of money to enjoy the street. It was good to sit at the benches and watch the world go by.

Day 13 of our RV road trip: Clearwater - Jasper National Park.
A beautiful drive along the North Thompson River took us to Blue River. We stopped to see if we could find some bears, which we did (goose bumps!)! In beautiful, but cold, Mnt. Robson Provincial Park we met Park Operator Bradlee and his dog Pyper who tried to stay warm by a crackling fire, with coffee and dog treats. Even the lettuce plant was well taken care of! Big shout out to all you Park Operators doing a wonderful job in keeping the campgrounds in perfect condition! Thank you so much! BC Parks

Day 11 of our RV road trip: Lillooet - Clearwater (Wells Gray).
We woke up by the relaxing sound of rushing water of the Fraser River and after breakfast we headed north on Highway 99. One of our stops was Historic Hat Creek Ranch where we strolled along the actual dirt road the wagon trains of the Gold Rush travelers of the 1860s traveled on. We took a short side trip to Chasm Provincial Park, where we admired this stunning canyon!

Day 9 of our RV road trip: Sechelt - Whistler
Despite the rain, the 40 minute ferry trip between Langdale and Horsehoe Bay was very scenic with views of Bowen and Gambier Islands and the coastal mountains. We really took our time to explore the sights along the Sea to Sky Highway: we visited Porteau Cove, Britannia Mine Museum, Shannon Falls, Sea to Sky Gondola, Alice Lake, and Brandywine Falls. The day was, again, too short!
