As for the egg replacers, I think there probably is a strong argument to be made for them being more "natural"; e.g. EnergG Eggs is essentially tapioca flour. When comparing the consumption of dried and ground plants with the by-product of the reproductive cycle of another species, I'm just more comfortable saying the former is more natural for humans to eat than the later. =oP
