Last year I was a "Virtual Rider" for the Ride for Roswell and was able to raise over $300 dollars to help Roswell Cancer Institute with their on going research. West Herr as a team raised almost $200,000 for Roswell.

This year I am riding the 20 mile course and am hoping to raise $300 once again.
If you can, please follow the link and donate.  Even the smallest amount helps support a great cause.  Thank You.

THE RIDE FOR ROSWELL 2012
FRIDAY, JUNE 22: OPENING CEREMONY
SATURDAY, JUNE 23: THE RIDE

The simple fact is that one in two men and one in three women in America will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is the leading cause of death from disease in children ages 1 to 14. Chances are good, then, since you’re on The Ride For Roswell website, that you or someone you know has undergone or is undergoing treatment for this disease.

Another simple fact is that the funds you raise through The Ride For Roswell are earmarked for research and patient care at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Research for cancer cures is going on right now, as you’re reading this. Patients at Roswell Park (there were more than 30,000 last year) also routinely benefit from “quality of life” enhancements made possible by Ride fundraising.

As a rider or donor, your gifts generously support Roswell Park Cancer Institute and its mission to understand, prevent and cure cancer.

Not overly difficult, just learning the impact of Google+ on seo...pretty strong impact. Plus always good to discuss with others.

A Great Cause, Help me raise money to help fight cancer.

http://goo.gl/MGgY1

We are grateful for your support of our mission to understand, prevent and cure cancer. While we are making exciting progress each day in this fight, cancer doesn't quit. Your gift will play a crucial role in our efforts to never stop searching, caring, and healing until this relentless disease is defeated.

Today, Ride donations are actively supporting the following studies, and many more:

Researching how body temperature may impact breast cancer prognosis

Finding new genetic targets that make therapies more effective

Research more accurate ways to see and treat pancreatic cancer

Increasing the number of clinical studies for prostate cancer patients

Exploring rare genetic causes of familial breast cancer

Evaluating new drugs for the improved treatment of lung cancer

Thank you for making a tremendous difference in the lives of cancer patients throughout our community, and from around our nation and world.
