Hello everyone. I’m looking forward to being at the cutting edge this time around. I was a moderator for Shelly Terrell a couple of years ago, and before that, an avid participant of EVO sessions. I hope to learn lots during the training.

What is stress? According to Hans Selye, M.D., a Canadian who was first to research the topic of stress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Selye), the body's reaction to events such as "Crossing a busy intersection, exposure to a draft, or even sheer joy are enough to activate the body's stress mechanism". That's pretty amazing, isn't it? It's not bad, but as Selye noted "we must be prepared to take it". You will learn practical ways to "take it" in my Summer De-stress course in September: https://www.smore.com/k6ads-summer-de-stress
