Known for its brunch, this neighborhood cafe serves a market-driven Californian menu all day.- Google

Great place to host visiting guests for brunch (or friends and family). There is definitely a wait but the food and atmosphere definitely is worth it. The French Toast, Pancakes and eggs Benedict are all amazing and they also have a strong dinner menu with one of my favorite burgers in the city.

I wish I had two additional hands so I could give this place a four thumbs down. The cafe was recommended to me by a local friend, as well as Google/Yelp, and I was quite excited to patronize. We waited more than 50mins for a seat and then an additional 10mins to be greeted by our waitress who would eventually transfer us to one of her peers. The speed in which the food came was actually pretty quick. I ordered my eggs over medium, but to my dismay they came over easy & oozed throughout the plate. As a result of my experience, I can't speak too favorably on the restaurant. Everyone else around my table seemed to enjoy themselves & their food, so maybe I'm an extremity nonetheless enter with caution.

Hands down my favorite brunch spot in SF. There is a very long wait (typically ~45-55 minutes) for a table during peak hours, but it is definitely worth it. I recommend coming about 45 minutes early, putting your name down (they don't take reservations or call-aheads) and getting some coffee from Four Barrel two blocks away. If your name gets called before you arrive, just let them know. Their mimosas are wonderful. Make sure you get one.

Worth the brunch line wait! You can grab a coffee at the bar and wait on the benches outside.

I was REALLY craving a nice egg benedict. So much so that I took a lyft 2 miles away to get to this place even though there were plenty of restaurants closer to me in proximity. I was however disappointed. 1st: The wait on a Saturday morning isn't as bad as I thought. It's about a 10-15 min wait and you place your name on a list and wait to be called. It's pretty simple and they even have a couple of benches outside to sit on while you wait. It went by pretty fast. 2nd: The inside is quite cozy. Isn't a very large restaurant but the service is pretty quick so they do have a decent turn around. 3rd: Price is super affordable. The drinks (mimosas) were actually the same price of my meal. I paid about 14.50 for my crab benedict. Now on to the meal and my disappointment. I ordered the Crab Benedict with avocado, hollandaise, and potatoes (it also had shrimp). When I got my Benedict and sliced open the egg it was OVERCOOKED. I mean it was a boiled egg. I told my waitress to please correct the dish and she was a bit confused thinking a egg benedict came with a boiled egg. No biggie. They redid my meal but this time the dish was super cold. I didn't want to complain yet again and was super hungry so decided to just eat the meal. Besides it being cold and at first having a boiled egg, the meal was decent. The potatoes were amazing and I had some of my friends truffle fries and they were spectacular. Also service was a bit off. We had some trouble with the bill and it was a complete hassle trying to pay the bill.

Came here for brunch with a group of 5. I arrived early at 10:30 for an 11am brunch on a Saturday to put our names in, expecting a wait. The coordinator checked with me to see if everyone was there around 10:40, but I let him know they would be about 20 more minutes. We were seated about 5 minutes after everyone arrived, around 11:10. Service was spectacular, and I felt like our waitress wanted to be our best friend! I ordered the duck confit hash, which came with a huge amount of delicious duck meat, and was so rich I could barely finish it. Many of the brunch entrees came with a side salad, which I wish was specified on the menu since some people ordered an extra side salad. Otherwise, our experience was wonderful and the food was impressive!

I don't know what all the hype is about. We went for lunch and the food was really mediocre. We got the mushroom Benedict since it seemed to have good reviews. The potatoes were under-seasoned and the english muffin was pretty thick. The egg was poached perfectly though. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food. I won't be going back. I guess the service was okay. I did have an empty water and orange juice glass for about 20 minutes, while the servers were having a good time, but we were treated nicely and he did apologize when I asked for water. I feel sorry for those that feel that it was worth a 40 minute wait. I certainly would not have waited for this place.

Had a very nice classic benedict with perfect eggs, great potatoes, friendly service. Wasn't too busy during lunchtime on a Wednesday.
