To all you folks which installed it already.

I'm waiting on the download for #windows10 on my laptop. I'll do the PC after I play around with it a bit. Any cool stuff I should immediately try? Any horrible horrible stuff that'll leave a bad taste in my mouth?

Hooray!

Time to pay ludicrous amounts of money for bits of plastic I might get next year!

It has begun.
The US might have just beaten Japan at soccer in the Women's World Cup, but the Japanese are already moving onto another great sport: giant robot fighting. Japanese company Suidobashi Heavy...

I guess this explains why I crash and sleep for 12+ hours once in a while. Like yesterday.

We're only able to tell that we're not performing at our best for a day or two. So if you get the Sunday blues and stay up watching Netflix or reading on your iPhone, and then you have a long day on Monday and an early meeting on Tuesday, you may have already settled into a sub-optimal performance routine for the week, compounding the negative effects of sleep deprivation every subsequent night.

Your brain just loses the ability to tell the difference.

People "who are chronically sleep deprived may no longer be capable of reliably appraising their own sleepiness — or they simply don't experience levels of sleepiness in any way commensurate with their actual deprivation," writes Mark Wolverton in Psychology Today, describing the research David Dinges of the University of Pennsylvania. You may feel a little bit sleepy — nothing more — but your body and your brain are just struggling to get by on such a severe deficit.

A new level of physical stress is likely necessary to invoke the sleep signal, such as timely exercise, or hours long walk.  It seems to me that only folks with lots of time on their hands traditionally had sleep issues (not talking about the working folk who have those hideous switch shift schedules).  I may be entirely wrong, of course.

I've recently started watching Glass Fleet. If I were to describe it in as few words as possible I'd say: Very unattractive hyper-european spacemen flying space ships closer so they can have a sword fight.

There seems to be at least some gravity and air in space, which I hope is explained differently than Last Exile. It would also be interesting to know why and how they developed star-drives before adequate weaponry or propulsion for land vehicles.

Final verdict pending completion.

A few weeks ago I picked up a sketchbook. It's been sitting where I had left it when I came home that day ever since, except for this one time a few days ago when I picked it up and started ruining it. This is on page one.

Introduction
I'm afraid that this is the wrong Andrew :(

I like to make games and other things which aren't games but are still code. I also like to make things which are neither games nor code, or are games but aren't code.

I will probably disagree with you. Vocally. It's not personal.
