I might have laughed disproportionately much.

Whatever the laughter, it couldn't have been disproportionate for this! ROFL-MAO-TSE-TUNG!

Guild wars 2 is having yet another 75% off sale. Is anyone playing on the Europe servers or is planning on playing on the Europe servers?

Searching a forum for the answer to a question. First 10 posts have replies along the lines of "this has been answered many times before, please do a search". The actual answer is nowhere to be found.

I have been searching for [item] online. So much so that 1 out of 3 google ads I see are about it. Normally it would be great since I'm having trouble locating a place to get it as the local importer no longer imports it.

However since the importer no longer imports it, after clicking said ads I am faced only with out of stock signs. That is less than great and only adds to my frustration.

tl;dr I wish ads for products would take into account the stock availability listed on the website.

I've recently finished watching Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (The Tatami Galaxy) and it was the most fun thing I've seen this year. Admittedly I haven't seen a lot of anime this year, or a lot of anything else.

They've taken a handful of characters and a setting and they've told the same plot over and over again eleven times once each episode in different ways until they ran out of episodes. That's obviously not exactly what happened but it sure feels that way.

In a way it's like watching a let's play of a bizarre dating sim where the player is never convinced they got the "good" ending.

Amusingly enough, it shares a director with Kemonozume and Kaiba and I suppose there are similarities beyond the visuals, though I can't decide if it's more lighthearted or if I simply can't put my finger on the darker parts.

See, Tatami Galaxy is all about the optimism!

It's the rose-tinted exception that proves the rule of Masaaki Yuasa.

Spoilers for Mad Max: Fury road will follow.

Witness me! MEDIOCRE! A bard that puts Brutal Legend to shame and a granny sniper squad!

That's it. What more could you ask for? Is that not what is best in life? Wait that's another movie entirely. Nevermind. It was a ton of fun.

Brillant experiment that reveals how far our ability to understand a dynamical process is from our ability to control it.

A bike is such a delicious example because it's more than hand eye coordination, you use your whole body to balance. It's a bit more involved than using a controller/hitting keys.

I could see this working for other things as well. Wish I thought of it.

Introduction
I'm afraid that this is the wrong Andrew :(

I like to make games and other things which aren't games but are still code. I also like to make things which are neither games nor code, or are games but aren't code.

I will probably disagree with you. Vocally. It's not personal.
