What do you think our wedding photographer will say when I show him this path to our venue?

A friend asked if Adobe Lightroom was worth the money if they couldn't also purchase Adobe Photoshop. I made her this.

Some swipes of the sliders and a few local adjustments, all in Lightroom.

I'm starting to get really excited for Glass. I've already developed 3 concept designs for general aviation and studied the SXSW video and made sure they all fit the "soft" rules outlined while still making a huge safety and efficiency improvement on flying. Pseudo code starts next week! Woot!

As a general aviation pilot, I'd love to have an augmented reality of airfields. We've seen a lot of comments of HUDs with airspeed, ground track, etc, but those instruments are right in front of me. Drop a pin over each airfield that I fly near and you are actually supplementing my experience in a way that is unique to Glass.

I love to fly VFR, just wandering around. If I see a pin over a nearby airfield and I center it on Glass for 3 seconds, an info box appears with frequencies, METARs, runway headings, etc. It'd be the perfect supplement to my iPad and a revolutionary way to showcase Glass, capturing the entire industry of general aviation. I've got a bunch of ideas for this... lol

I'd hands-free record my perspective of critical moments in flight as a pilot (landing, takeoff, complicated maneuvers, etc). This footage would be monumental in helping me improve my skills, studying what I noticed and what I didn't.

I'd also share this footage with our local flight school (uploaded to YouTube of course) so students can gain knowledge and perspective before even stepping into the pilot seat. Students would be able see real-life scenarios at their airfield, in their actual aircraft, piloted by a graduate of their school. This would not only improve safety, but save them money as well. Not to mention the retention and recruiting the small town school would have.

I have the invite, now I just need to come up with the dough.

Voyager Village Airstrip. Favorite place to fly in for a burger. Our Cessna parked on the right.
