For the first time in a very long time; every dish, pot, pan and utensil in my apartment are clean. Now to do the same with my clothes.

This is what happens when you have "tough" prisons. You get "tough" people that come out of the system even less socialized then before then went in there. If someone is going to be released back into society you need value rehabilitation over punishment.

Thanks Steve, from the article I wasn't sure if the reporters were just being loose with the idea of the speed of light.

Mitt Romney makes a comment about Obama going to Martha's Vineyard instead of working. Regular Republican hypocrisy would mean that Romney is taking time off at the same time in the Hamptons or Boca Raton. But this is extra-strength hypocrisy. At the same time Obama is in Martha's Vineyard, Romney is going to be in.....Martha's Vineyard.

Story
Introduction
I'm a graduate student trying to get my Ph.D in Physics.  I was born and bred in Texas. Sometimes I like to cook massive amounts of food. I think that's a mix of having a French mom and growing up in Texas.

Otherwise my favorite hobbies are tennis, technology, funny stories and making people laugh.

Occupation
I'm a nanopore scientist. I make really tiny holes which is a lot harder then it sounds. Then I throw a lot of electricity at it and you get science.

Every time I come here I have a great time. The best thing to get is the all-you-can-eat menu for ~$18. It's reasonably priced and you will certainly be more then full.
