There was a recall for a part on my Pontiac Vibe. Once the parts arrived I was able to get my car in, get a loaner out, and have an overall flawless experience. Many thanks to Lori Turner for making that happen!

I would not recommend this to anyone. Sure the prices are great for buying, but if you are selling don't bother! I went to sell my 2 garbage bags of clean clothes on Saturday and they were too busy to deal with me. They asked me to come back once they could go through the bags. I was not able to get back (because they're about 30 mins away from work or home) until the following Wednesday after work. I walked up to the counter to inquire about getting the money and any clothes they didn't want (Maybe there was a stain I missed or something they had too many of?). I was told to stand in the mile long check out line. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes I walk up to the counter. I tell the rep I dropped off two bags of clothing this past Saturday and I think that's them behind her. She asks my last name and promptly looks passed the bags I pointed at to look through the rest of the shelves - twice - only to come back to the bags I pointed at and realizes they're mine. She then tells me that they will not take them because they aren't clean. I tell her I would not bring in dirty clothes and that I washed every piece of clothing in those bags. Now she clarifies and states that it's because there is dog fur on some of the pieces and so they can't take any of them. I have looked online at the website and I looked at all of the signage in the store there is nothing about rejecting clothes for fur. Don't get me wrong: I get it. But they had had the clothes since Saturday and no one bothered to call me to inform me they couldn't accept them for that reason and to pick the clothes up at my earliest convenience. I went in expecting at least most of the clothes to stay and money in my pocket. I felt like a fool and it was a complete waste of my time/gas money.

This is about the experience when I went to this location in particular. When I signed up for service in the area I signed up for the triple play with basic digital, phone and Internet. When I inquired about just doing the basic cable and internet I was told it would only be about $5/month less. SO I figured get the extras and the free installation and we can drop it later if we don't use it. We weren't using it so I brought the boxes in for the digital tv and telephone services and I have to say the woman I spoke with was not only helpful but gracious and understanding when I explained why I was lowering my plans to a much more basic option. I was surprised by this experience, as anytime I have ever gone somewhere to downgrade services I'm leered at, steered, or bullied into other options I don't want. She was understanding and more than happy to work with me to get my family to the plan we needed to be at. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one, even if you can't make everyone happy, I left very happy that day.

I'm not going to get into a long winded explination, but what I will do is bullet the issues we had: 1. Dad came to pick our daughter up for the first time after never having met anyone on site was let in the front door, walked to her room, picked her up, waved at the teachers, and walked out without anyone asking who he was and what his relationship was with my daughter. He could've been a total stranger who walked in and walked away with the first child that happened to approach him. 2. On multiple occasions she was hurt on the playground and in the room with a scabbed lip and extremely bruised legs. Only one signed incident was reported to me. 3. On multiple occasions Dad would pick up the child and there were more than the allotted amount of child v. caretaker in the room. Only one caretaker and there would be 7 or 8 children. 4. Last straw was when Dad picked her up one day and she had 2 horrible bite bruises on her arms. The teacher told us that a child saw the toy she was playing with and wanted it. He bit her and after the teacher separated them she gave the toy to the biter and gave my daughter a ball. A few minutes later the boy spotted the ball and wanted it. He went up to her AGAIN and bit her other arm. Only then was the toy taken away from everyone. It's been 3 weeks and I can still see a faint bruise on both arms. The administration was kind enough, and the teachers seemed knowledgeable about the content they tried teaching, but the safety of my child comes first so for that reason I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience here. The techs were fast yet thorough, and the desk personnel was knowledgeable and kind when explaining answers to questions I had. My husband had used them before. I used them because of a Groupon, I will continue to use them because of the excellent care my car received. Thank you.
