BC's Tourism Industry Conference (TIABC) begins Wednesday Feb 22 with TIABC’s Town Hall, providing attendees with an update on the tourism advocacy efforts and facilitating a discussion with industry leaders on the challenges facing the industry.

The conference welcomes keynote speaker Sunny Lenarduzzi, a social media maven named a “30 Under 30” by BC Business.

Throughout the conference, both Destination Canada and Destination BC will present updates to industry on the recent successes and plans for the future and on Thursday, Feb 23 Honourable Shirley Bond, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training will address the industry.

We are thrilled that our Professional Development Days for Cranbrook (Jan 31) and Nelson (Feb 2) have evoked a wonderful response from our Tourism Partners. BC Tourism Industry Awards Nominations - Deadline Extended to January 16!

These awards recognize excellence in the province’s tourism industry. Recipients provide outstanding service, exemplify best business practices, innovative marketing and deliver tourism experiences that contribute to the success of BC’s tourism industry - which currently generates $14.6 billion in revenue for the province’s economy.

Getting to North America's highest vertical Revelstoke Mountain Resort - just got a whole lot easier!

Revelstoke Air (through Everything Revelstoke) is offering a flight service between Vancouver to Revelstoke beginning Jan 26 and running to Mar 19, 2017, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays. Departure is from the Vancouver south terminal at 1pm and arrival time in Revelstoke is one hour later.
