It's official! After over 32 years of service, dedication and participation with the USKA, Sensei Mark Colgan has been appointed as the USKA Oregon State Representative. That makes our Dojo, Victory Martial Arts, the USKA Oregon State Representative School!

This also means that our school's upcoming Karate Tournament, the Oregon State Martial Arts Championships, (to be held on October 19, 2013 at Cascade Middle School in Bend, Oregon) will be a USKA Maximum Point +5 sanctioned event. As a state tournament, it will also be a qualifying event for the USKA National Competition, to be held in Las Vegas in March 2014.

The USKA is the oldest and most prestigious Martial Arts organization in the U.S. It is a great honor for Sensei to have received this title. Congratulations Sensei!
