Right... To protect creators. As a creator whose target niche is smaller, I don't expect to reach 4,000 hours even though I've managed to grab over $100/year ($25/month during peak months) on my channel on fishing our area for newcomers. It has helped many of the tourists visiting our area that are new to fishing and I've had many good comments on my videos by people who have visited my business, and several from other businesses as well. Sure, it wasn't much compared to some game streamers, but it helped to fund and reward my efforts. Now you are 'protecting' creators by shutting out creators who have been loyal creators for years, but don't cater to the masses. I don't believe it's protecting at all, but saving you millions. If you can cut out a million channels making $100/year, you save 100 million per year. You also penalize some of the best content creators out there. I search Youtube for tutorials, and have found some of those small creators to give some of the best. All this does is serve to promote the sub 4 sub you see right here in the comments, and then people trying to get those same shock videos that will get those massive hours in. Very disappointed Youtube. You've just cut out some of your best content creators that will never cater to the masses.

New client we've build a website for and social media setup.  If you're ever in the Iroquois Falls area needing a place to stay the night, it's a comfortable stay right by the lake and a friendly host!

Had some great fun when my friend and his son portaged into a small lake for pike. The first episode of our second season is finally out!
In this episode I take my friend Glen and his son Tim to a small back lake for some fun pike fishing.
