I've started a memorial fund to help cover my little brother's funeral expenses. If you're interested in making a donation, please do so at the link below. Every little bit helps.
On Sunday, October 27th, my brother died from injuries sustained in a horrific car crash. He left behind a wife and 3 small children under 7 years old. Despite working at IBEW Electrical Union and paying union fees to cover his life insurance, this company is refusing to cover his funeral...

Left me on hold for 10 full minutes when I called to make 2 new patient appointments. Then, after I had the patience to sit through that, the scheduler (Stephanie) came back to the line to take my insurance information and my children's names & DOB, only to tell me she would have the doctor look over it and decide if he approves...(of what, my insurance? Doing an annual checkup? I can't decide how I feel about a doctor looking over my children's names and ages before he decides if he wants to schedule an appointment. They may have just blown it with me.

This place is not worth a dime or worth your time. Do NOT go there. I brought my 5-year old son in to play during the "Pop-in playtime". The clerk at the desk asked me to wait at the front until 1 pm, while they finished up some parties, then we could go on back. I did as asked and went back after 1. About 30 minutes in, I saw a little boy pound a little girl in her head and tried to let the parent know. Rather than show concern for the child she started grilling me about whether or not I was part of their party. I said no, but I paid to come in. Thus began a 15 minute ordeal between the angry parents, the teenage party attendants, and I finally asked for the manager. The manager comes in, and before even asking why she was summoned proceeded to tell me I was infringing on a private party! I berated her for her handling of the situation, told her I would NEVER returned and asked for a refund during which she walked away. I will tell everyone I come into contact with to run the other way. If there was such a thing as negative stars, that's what they would get from me.
