Far and away the worst service department on the planet. Purchased service contract when buying vehicle new. Included oil changes, all seemed well. Average wait for a oil change over the past 3 years around 2 hours(with appointment). Everytime I bring my vehicle in for an oil change they want to replace something that their own factory suggestion manual does not recommend yet.. They make it seem like you have no choice and it is dangerous. They are bullies and nothing less hiding behind a name brand. Shocking to say the least. Sales department is cool. Sad this is the support system.

Sales staff was very friendly and tried to help my son get his first car. The sale manager was not much of a closer. We left because of his cockiness, telling us we would have to live with a higher interest rate (18%) and payment ($50 more than his budget would allow) because my son was young. Even after I told them I would go to my bank and help him I was told they would never do it because of his age. Well he got 6.5% and we found another vehicle a year newer and $50 less than his budgeted payment. I feel for the sales staff there, they seem to actually care about helping people find the right fit and make a few dollars only to lose a sale because the sales manager has no people skills.

I have had exceptional service with every visit. They have Wednesday as ladies day for 9.99 oil changes. The staff is top notch and you are treated as a VIP. I always leave with an update on anything needed for my car and a thorough check of upcoming services.

Overall great experience and good management team. The GM Dan is very involved and is willing to take the time to help out his customers. John Valdez is a good respectful salesperson and so is Omar. Good place to buy a new car.

I bought a car on 10/8 and feel really bad that I waited almost a week to do the survey because the survey was just that great. John Valdez helped me find the perfect car for me and be able to drive off the lot with it at an affordable price. John and all the other employees there are courteous, knowledgeable, and proffesional. They made a loyal customer out of me. If you need a new car look for John Valdez and tell him I sent you. You'll see that all the praise he's getting from me is worth it because he earned it.

I went to test drive; took an appointment with someone, but another guy came forward and insisted on helping me (I don't even remember his name because he wasn't worth remembering). I said, it makes no difference to me. I wanted to check Hyundai Tucson; I explained him, I want to understand the difference between all the models and decide. He showed me one Limited Edition model, which costs something like 37K and after discount was coming to about 35K or something. We came back after the test drive and I said, i like the drive but I am keen to explore the other models and therefore would be nice if they can give me the price of other models too. He never wanted to listen to me and kept on pushing this car. After waiting for 20 mins, he brings his manager, and I told the manager that I dont want to be pushed to buy a car. Please give me options...at this stage both of them seems to be upset with me. The guy them simply took me around...I saw another limited edition, with a price of 29K. I asked the reason for the difference between what he showed to me and this and he says, he doesn't know. All this while...these guys stared acting rude and condescending. I was still holding my patience, but at the end they even refused to give me the price of other models. Rude, arrogant, pushy, not willing to listen to customers, disrespectful and extremely condescending. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They definitely lost one serious customer and certainly earned a bad word of mouth.

I call Courtesy Brandon Hyundai on a regular basis to get part numbers for my car, as I try to save money by doing my own maintenance when I can. Each time I call, the staff (specifically "Tim") are always very courteous, patient, and helpful. They always pick up the phone right away, unlike the other dealership location in Tampa, which puts me on hold forever. Because of their excellent customer service, I'm willing to drive the extra miles to Brandon knowing they won't give me the runaround.

I had a pleasant experience with the Sales Prof. Omar. He was able to show me what I need with no time. Omar is polite and not pushy. He showed me only the cars within my budget without trying to sell me other cars that might be not for me. Also he took me for two test drives Which I enjoyed. If you are considering to visit this dealership, I highly recommend Omar, you won't regret it.
