We have had nothing short of a spectacular experience this far with Sundance!!
Ashley Williamson was BEYOND helpful, as was the other staff we worked with from Sundance. They made the rental process seamless and easy. We applied one day and we approved that very day and in our house the next day!!! I've NEVER experienced something so easy and harmonious with rental companies!!!
I can also say that since we moved in, if we ever had anything wrong or something that needed work done to fix i.e. dishwasher, etc.
Sundance was on it and had someone out to fix the problem ASAP!
HIGHLY recommended!!

Susan and Ashley from Sundance did a wonderful job handling the marketing and leasing of my property in Navarre. Through a tough situation they handled it with fairness as professionals. My property was rented within 1 month at the asking price. With very minimal guidance and communication from me as the owner they took care of all my needs and visited with me on their own time during their weekends. I had a few bumps and rough edges, but I expected that. No rental company is perfect and no tenant is either. Overall my experience was good. My property manager, Kim, was patient and understanding through a rough time and helped me out enormously. Even when I was shorted on some money, she was the first to let me know that there was an error and it was getting fixed. I highly recommend her as a property manager, if you are lucky enough to get her. The maintenance companies/people they contract through, when you have an issue, are really awesome about getting back with you that day and coming out the next day (except weekends). I have read the reviews on Sundance, most people have negative things to say, but take the time to actually read them the reviews...some of them are over petty stuff and not actual issues with how the operate as property managers. I decided to take a chance and formed my own opinion, my experience was pretty good. I hope you do the same.

Sundance is hands down the best property management company in the Emerald Coast! My husband and I have worked with Stevie and Natalie for the past two years and could not be happier! We are a young military couple with two investment properties, which are both managed by Sundance. We chose Sundance as our management company for our first investment property by doing research online and through a recommendation by our realitor. Within a month of our purchase, we had a renter paying top dollar for our property! Because of our positive experience with Sundance, we were empowered to purchase another property! Stevie was a great asset in our search for a second investment property. We do not live in the local area, so Stevie visited multiple properties for us and gave her rent estimate on each one. She was a integral part of determining our ROI prior to the purchase. With our two properties, we have experienced a few bumps in the road as with any new business. With the help of Sundance, we have maintained occupied properties with happy renters and positive cash flow for us! We are looking forward to continuing business with Sundance for many years!

My wife and I made our dream a reality because of Sundance. Our Property Manager, Stevie McInnes, goes above and beyond to take care of us. Not only does she manage our properties extremely well, but she is an outstanding tool for future investments by providing sound advice on the market throughout the area.

My first impression was excellent. The lady at the front desk was super nice. We had a mix up for the address when I got in to the office to sign the paperwork but our representative was able to get it straightened out in a jiffy. But what really got me upset was when I asked if they had a restroom. The lady I asked was very rude and answered with an attitude. "No we don't have public restrooms" I wasn't some person who came off the street just to use the restroom. I'm a patron and felt very disrespected.

I have had a great experience working with Sundance! Their customer service is friendly, effective and so helpful! I worked with Stevie and spoke with Natalie (even the woman I spoke with on the 24 hour number was sweet and helpful!) I highly recommend Sundance! Please check them out! I would rate them 100,000 stars, but I was limited to 5 :-) Thank you guys so much, and I am excited to continue working with you! (I almost forgot to mention how awesome Dan the maintenance man is!) He was amazing as well! So helpful! Your company has some great people working in it!

What an easy experience it was finding a cozy home in FWB all thanks to the help of Natalie Schmidt. Since I'm moving up from Orlando she went above and beyond to help me locate the right place for my family. She went to the open house and was very transparent throughout the entire process. Rented a house, moved in on the 23rd of May. On Saturday, June 11th, the central A/C unit goes out. Made a call at 9am to the emergency number, the HVAC guy called me back within 5 minutes. By 9:50am, the inside temperature was 85 degrees AND we had out of town family visiting for the weekend. Long story short, the entire unit had to be replaced due to its age, but Sundance and the actual homeowner made it happen THAT DAY...which was a Saturday. Even though it was a frustrating start, and at nobody's fault, Sundance made it right.

Thank you for your review. We are on call 24/7 and have real people that answer the phone every hour our main office is closed. We try and do everything within our powers to get maintenance emergencies taken care of when they occur during after hours. Sometimes it does not work out but we always do what we can to make it right. I am glad to see you were taken care of and I want to say thank you for understanding and thank you to the owner of your property for being available and approving the replacement on a Saturday.
