Just want to give a big consecutive thanks to Stevie McInnes at Sundance Rental Management, Inc.. She has helped me a second time getting me into a townhouse rental during a slow time in November last year.
Her crew of Dave and Julia came in a timely manner to resolve some minor housekeeping and maintenance shortly after the move-in inspection. Also, Brandy was helpful having a plumbing issue resolved immediately after contacting Sundance while Stevie was on a well deserved cruise.
Interestingly enough, Stevie was also the first leasing rep to locate for me a similar townhome in the Airport Road area in Destin on my move from SoCal over five years ago. Good to see that Stevie has maintained her excellent service in the initial locating of my home needs and during the end, vacating the premises.
Again, thanks Stevie for your service. Aloha!

Susan and Ashley from Sundance did a wonderful job handling the marketing and leasing of my property in Navarre. Through a tough situation they handled it with fairness as professionals. My property was rented within 1 month at the asking price. With very minimal guidance and communication from me as the owner they took care of all my needs and visited with me on their own time during their weekends. It was extremely difficult to get anyone that knew about the property in question to answer the phone or call back. Their credit requirements are past ridiculous. If everyone had perfect credit, they wouldn't be trying to rent a house. I moved here because of a stable and well paying job so that I could get my credit back on track and raise my family. It's really ridiculous if I can't rent because you want some outrageous credit score. If I was buying the house, I would understand.. I should have listened to my coworker when he said not to deal with this company because they are nothing but trouble and extremely unhelpful. Now I have an unneeded hit on my credit report. Thanks for that. Of course the owner/manager is going to come back with a snarky reply about how they are trying to protect their clients, how I should have paid all my bills in the past on time and blah blah.. Not everything is as clear cut as what's written on a credit report. Just remember that no one is perfect and you should always try to give good people a chance.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for any communication issues you experienced as we make it a point to insure we have great communication for all of our clients. I will address your situation with my staff to make sure it does not happen again. In regards to the credit requirements we have a rental policy in place that describes what we are looking for when it comes to credit qualification. This policy is available on our website and at our office. We require everyone read this policy along with initial that the policy has been read prior to applying to any property. We do not actually look at a credit score as the report we run with the credit reporting agency does not show a credit score. We take the entire credit report into consideration while processing the application to make sure it adheres to the rental policy in place. Each company has there own set of credit requirements and I am sorry you feel our credit requirements are ridiculous.

To landscapers or really any vendor looking to do business with Sundance Rentals BEWARE. Put simply, take my advice and don't do it. Unless of course you are the type that likes to do free work. Or at best wait 3 months to get paid. They will say they did not get your invoices after the first month or so and tell you they keep nothing in reserves and you are stuck waiting another month for your money. And heres the kicker, they all ready pay you a month behind, so again, avoid this company like the plague. And if you are still curious look at the renter reviews. I could not find one good review. They are all bad. And a certain someone out of the Beal Pkwy. branch named Stevie M. was my specific nightmare, so if you foolishly decide to do any business with them, stay away from Stevie M.

This false accusation references one of my agents personal home and this discrepancy should have been taken up directly with the agent; my business should not have been attacked publicly with a negative review.

I always recommend Sundance to my customers and friends; they're always friendly and professional. They always do what's best for the owners and tenants. Sometimes bad situations arise, and they’re usually out of the property manager’s control, but they’re always there to tackle each problem in a professional and fair way. I've had several customers praise how great they are. Highly recommend!

Finding someone to manage your rental home can be a daunting task but I encourage you to use Sundance Rental Management. Since signing up our rental home to their program, we have been so pleased. We worked with Ashley who is very professional and accommodating both to us and the future tenants. Since this was our first time renting our home out, we had a lot of questions and she was always there to answer them and walk us through the process. The tenants also said they decided to rent our home because of the professionalism of Ashley and the rest of the staff at Sundance! If you are looking for a company that works for you...then look no further and call Sundance Rental Management!

This was a great rental company to use. They were very helpful when I needed something fixed and the move-in, move-out process was very easy. I would recommend them to anyone in Destin and the surrounding area.

Eh. Not the worst company I have ever rented from but certainly not the best or even okay. We moved into a townhome in July 2012. The place was not move in ready even though we had signed the lease and agreed on a move-in date. We had arranged with the previous tenant to keep some of her furniture but we never agreed to take the home "as-is." Our feet were black after one day from the dirty floors (it is part of the lease to have the carpets professionally steam-cleaned prior to move out which clearly had not been done). We were told that some shelving in the kitchen needed repair and to not use it for a little while until they could fix it, so we had to wait for that. The air filter clearly had not been changed for months and it was hard to breathe (again, it is part of the lease to change the air filter prior to move-out). The worst part, however, was that the shower was SEVERELY clogged. We moved in on a Friday, were sweaty and gross, and just wanted a shower. It took over a day for the water to drain. When we called on Monday morning all we got was attitude from the woman who answered the phone. They did send someone out that day but my point is this should have been checked and taken care of prior to our move-in. I wasn't too impressed with Blake, either. He takes his time returning calls and usually has an excuse for why something hasn't or can't be done. The guy that's been "helping Blake out" (that's how he referred to himself 100% of the time... kind of funny) is a little better, a little more tolerable than Blake. They will charge you for any repairs they do. When all that flooding hit this past winter they took their time in getting back to us. We did get most of our security deposit back, minus the carpet cleaning fee, but that is because we worked really hard to clean that place. It was much cleaner than when we moved in. But be warned... they write the check out to everyone on the lease. Since neither of us bank locally we have to add myself to his checking account to deposit the check. They are a company that cares about making money and tend not to care as much about their less expensive properties.

We first want to thank Jasmine for the review as this is a great way for us to look at way to better our business. We also wanted to clear up a few items. All of the leases that are signed clearly state the tenants are taking the unit in the as is, where is, and with all faults condition. Each tenant is responsible to have the carpets professionally cleaned when they move out and provide a receipt from the company. If the tenant had reported the carpets were not cleaned we would have been happy to send the company back (we did have the receipt from the last tenant.) The lease also states that the tenant will be responsible for any maintenance charges that are caused by the tenant's negligence (rocks in the garbage disposal). We are required by law to make the deposit out to the names that are listed on the lease in prevention of tenant cashing out money they are not fully entitled to. Blake and his assistant have been met with to discuss ways to improve the communication response timeline. Lastly we strive to provide superior customer service to all clients no matter where they live.
