I was told that this burger joint blew the others away, so I decided to try it out. I got there and the prices were too high. For example at Five Guys you can get a better burger with more toppings for 2$ less. I ordered anyways to compare. Waited 45 minutes for my burger. The burger was good, but not nearly as good as In-N-Out or Five Guys. So I'm giving it 2 stars for slow service and high prices.

Like the burger, staff is friendly but I was gouged at the register with a little bait & switch. The small deal listed on the menu at 5.99 but rang up as $7.77, then -$1.00 = 6.77. They offer a 10% discount for UC Riverside with ID which is cool, subtotalling at $6.09 but then I noticed the tax was calculated on the original $7.77. ($0.64 = 8.24% which is close to CA 8.25% but not Riverside's 8.75% as of 4/1/11. $0.64 tax on $6.77 or $6.09 would be 9.45% or 10.51% respectively). So my % discount was on $6.77 but the tax % was on $7.77 or calculated at a higher percentage. My calculation is 5.99 - 10% = 5.39, plus 8.75% tax = $5.86 not $6.73. They have a box by the register that says "Fat tips & Skinny tips." Can you guess what percentage my tip was?

This place is a horrible restaurant. The prices are dramatic, its better going out to a decent restaurant than eating there. There tables were messy and customer service was bad.

Too expensive and the food took for ever to be ready. One hour lunch is not long enough to eat there. Food was ok.
