15000. 這就叫睜眼說瞎話.  Some say it's close to 700,000, including those that could not go into the center of location.

Got some 拔罐 (Cupping Therapy) on my back last night.
Based on the color, you can tell how different parts of the body reacted to the treatment.  Upper back seems stronger than lower...

Yes... it gets nastier the day later.  Takes about 3 to 10 days to completely disappear...

Went to buy bunch of these for my cousin's wife...32 yen per piece.  Why is this so popular in Taiwan?!

I saw in Taiwan's news couple days ago that housewives are fighting over those in 7-11. Why I don't know.

Trying out Korean made mini moxa stick.  Low temperature version still gets quite nice and warm.  Points are 手三里 and 曲池.  Both are good for shoulder/neck area (I'm told).

Moxibustion (灸術) is very much like acupuncture.  Instead of a needle, you place 艾灸 on top of acupuncture points (腧穴) to heat treat.
i.e. heat from the moxa stick "energizes" the acupuncture points.

拔罐 (Cupping Therapy) is related.  But I would say it can be broadly applied (i.e. not as specific as acupuncture points).

Trying out Korean mini moxa .... They have 3 different temp. ratings. Red is the hottest (max. 60 C) 😅

Similar to Japanese ones... but because they are larger than Japanese ones, tend to stay warmer longer than typical Japanese stick-on ones.  You can read about different types of moxa here (Japanese)...
