Great place for brunch! Very creative specials but my favorite is one of the regular items, the smoked salmon benedict. Tasty bloody maries too. The chef/owner Jay is a real character. You may hear him signing in the kitchen and he might just call on the dining room to join him in a sign-a-long.

Well where do I start...I have had multiple friends eat, and work at this place. Both experiences have never been anything but disastrous. My friends who have worked here have been overworked, screamed at, belittled, and yes at times unpaid. The owners have no knowledge of how to run a business, and do not appreciate the staff that stick by them even though they are being treated very poorly. Mr. Powell and his disgruntled wife have no sense of compassion and are roofless in everything they do. From all that I have heard by loved friends, and personal experiences from this place I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. It sad to post this, but hopefully someone will see the true colors of the Powell's!

Walked in with a group of 8. Was rudely told you need to make a reservation and told it as a life tip. The place was empty maybe one other table food took forever real high bill. Not worth it. They Must have some real good friends that rate for them.

Very easy to get here from Worcester. A little diner type, seat yourself place. The prices were reasonable for lunch and breakfast. We decided to have breakfast. The entire menu has a good and varying selection. The Italian omelet was very tasty. The cheese omelet was bland. The toast was very fresh. The homefries were flavorful but fried. Service was nice and friendly.

8/8/16 I wanted to go and have a nice relaxing breakfast so we went to the twisted fork in leicester,ma, they sat us down waited about 5 mins for anyone to come over to us, when they did we ordered our drinks and breakfast , ice tea was disgusting, sent back and asked for a gingerale was told it was bad and could not serve it , my gr daughter ordered a oj, and they sent her cranberry juice, after 30 mins of waiting patiently, we asked the waitress about our food, she tells us that they are short of workers in the back we need to be patient, , after 1 hour my granddaughter got her food ,than about 5mins later we got ours , mine was the wrong order gave me veggie omlet i ordered bacon, onion and pepper ,when we called her over she was put out , and says oh i know you ordered the bacon, by the time they brought my omlet (that she slammed in front of me and walked away everyone else was done ), so i decided i would take it home asked for a take out container she basical through on table ,when i picked it up it was not cooked and no bacon inside the homefries looked like a bunch of pebbles, and she wanted to charge me $12.00 for that crap!! hell no , will never enter that place again !!! it would not let me post unless i gave a star , but this place was horrible kathy

Those who post a negative review "most often" have it all wrong or you'll find they just like to complain. This is a great place, with a caring, albeit busy staff on weekend breakfast especially. They work very hard and will take care of you, if you are considerate and treat them like their humans too. I enjoy my trips there. Chef Jay Powell compares to the quality in the best places in Las Vegas and we are very lucky to have him in Worcester. He has a great outgoing personality, can be very funny, yet when it counts, he is very imaginative with his dishes and works hard to please. I would like to keep this place to myself and friends, but its too good. The restaurant furnishings are modest and something you might find in any local establishment. That's not is what is important in my mind. I don't eat furniture, I look to eat great, tasty food, fair size portions and enjoy those who take part in bringing and sharing that experience with me. The Twisted Fork makes the top 5 in my list here in New England.

Today was the worst food experience we've ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting. The scrambled eggs were brown from the grease they were cooked in. The hash was $9 and the portion was tiny and tasted like someone had chewed it up and spit it back out. My husband is not a picky eater, and he could barely eat. Even the coffee was watered down. The place was clean and is nice inside, so to have such disgusting food was surprising. We also waited 30 mins to have our order taken and another 30 to get our food.
