Well where do I start...I have had multiple friends eat, and work at this place. Both experiences have never been anything but disastrous. My friends who have worked here have been overworked, screamed at, belittled, and yes at times unpaid. The owners have no knowledge of how to run a business, and do not appreciate the staff that stick by them even though they are being treated very poorly. Mr. Powell and his disgruntled wife have no sense of compassion and are roofless in everything they do. From all that I have heard by loved friends, and personal experiences from this place I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. It sad to post this, but hopefully someone will see the true colors of the Powell's!

Today was the worst food experience we've ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting. The scrambled eggs were brown from the grease they were cooked in. The hash was $9 and the portion was tiny and tasted like someone had chewed it up and spit it back out. My husband is not a picky eater, and he could barely eat. Even the coffee was watered down. The place was clean and is nice inside, so to have such disgusting food was surprising. We also waited 30 mins to have our order taken and another 30 to get our food.

Great place, owner was friendly food was great and filled me up. I ordered the big omelet served on a pizza pan. Took about 15 minutes to get the food which was not bad at all because the resturaunt was packed because it was a Saturday morning. All the staff was working hard I could tell by looking in the kitchen. Waitress did let me know the egg whites were a little more money even though it states it clearly on the menu. My girlfriend is in love with the place too and she is very picky on diners because she is going to school to become a chef. If your looking for a unique choice of foods, with a very interesting menu this is the place to go. Owner has a personality so when you go in its not just eating breakfast it's like going to a show, I think it would be a good idea for him to get a microphone head set and have them put some speakers in there and just have him talk. This guy is obviously a trained chef and knows how to run a resturaunt. I suggest you go, these other poor reviews are probably because they go on a weekend day when it's slammed. Obviously a good diner is going to be busy, I would question a diner that barley has people in it on a Saturday.

Walked in with a group of 8. Was rudely told you need to make a reservation and told it as a life tip. The place was empty maybe one other table food took forever real high bill. Not worth it. They Must have some real good friends that rate for them.

Very easy to get here from Worcester. A little diner type, seat yourself place. The prices were reasonable for lunch and breakfast. We decided to have breakfast. The entire menu has a good and varying selection. The Italian omelet was very tasty. The cheese omelet was bland. The toast was very fresh. The homefries were flavorful but fried. Service was nice and friendly.

Food is certainly good but the prices are somewhat high and the portions are relatively small. I've only been for lunch a few times so I'm not sure if they serve different sized portions for dinner. The restaurant itself isn't fancy, so don't go for the ambiance.
