At a time when many are trying to detox their bodies, spare a thought for the drainage system and how well it's coping. I explain more in this blog. How is your detox going, and what experiences have you had with your lymphatic system?ttps://in-form.co.uk/blogs/news/lymphatics-in-disguise? fbclid=IwAR0wfcB5LfmMNBbt1V_7TpYtoZapO9rnqScu-i6oAj2OAg1b-23RBvDo1-M

What do you consider when you are looking for a therapist? Are you just thinking "I have this discomfort and I want it to go away? Or do you think about your own input to this issue and how to tackle it from a bottom-up approach?

When I have an issue, I take time to consider whether I've done everything I can for myself first - I own the problem and the cause. Doing that helps me to better identify what type of therapist I need. When I've looked up a few, I use my instinct to select the right option - someone who can provide the extra input to take me to resolution of the problem, so it's effectively a joint venture.

The thing is, no treatment can be truly effective until both parties are engaged in the process. For instance, we can't just expect someone to wave a magic wand over us and suddenly be fixed without any effort, forgetting that we ourselves attracted the issue in the first place.

I often have clients travelling 1-2 hours to see me because they know I take them to the root cause and it's actually a better use of their time, negating the need for weekly visits that only cater for partial treatments. This is an infinitely more satisfying option.

So I guess my advice to you would be to think through the whole process, including your expectations, and choose wisely if you want to get the best value for your money.

A human is the only animal that can actually change its DNA just by thinking, writes Jack Kruse. Really beefy article here on the #viewpoint of #learning #selfcare Lonf but worth it https://jackkruse.com/quilt/ #newparadigm #geteducated #In_Form_Optimal_Health

Sometimes what's on the outside doesn't match what's on the inside ... Knowing about #transition doesn't mean you get a warning to be prepared ... that's when #coaching comes in handy. Send me a #msg to discuss your situation #in_form_optimal_health #panic #fear
