We are so honoured to have Interface carpet tiles on The Loop bus courtesy of www.inzide.co.nz. This company's approach to doing great sustainable business (guided by The Natural Step framework) is an inspiration to us and how about these four aspirational new goals they are setting under their Climate Take Back mission:
1. We will bring carbon home and reverse climate change.
2. We will create supply chains that benefit all life.
3. We will make factories that are like forests.
4. We will transform dispersed materials into products and goodness.

WOW! A challenge to all businesses who seek to be fit for the future.

The Loop Bus began with the Sturrock Family wanting to spend a year together travelling New Zealand. Cam being an Associate of The Natural Step NZ and sustainability manager and Nikki being a rabid environmentalist, with 3 kids that are following in their footsteps, when it came down to the knitty gritty of building and fueling the bus it took a year of research to make sure we were doing no harm before we set off. Our research unearthed these technically savvy, future thinking and ethical businesses that support a sustainable outcome for people, profit and the planet.
We're proud to be a part of the great turning.

Connecting with the kids at Stoke School on the issue of ghost nets and turning them into carpet. This school was great fun.
